What an absolute amazing insight into selling property. I wish I had this advice and follow up video before I started as it would have saved me money! After the consultation I felt reassured that everything was going to be fine - Thank you so much!

Matthew was brilliant in that he first asked about why I wanted to move and therefore understood my situation, After listening to him,I now have decided to stay put with the agent that I like and be more patient. He filled me with such knowledge, that I would not have found out myself, to help me come to my conclusion and that the situation with my property is quite normal. I am so grateful to have found him to speak with, and for free!, and the video he sent at the end explains the property market in detail.

Admittedly, I was expecting another another window from a hard sell company and couldn't of been more wrong.
Mathew patiently listened to my history and current situation, and genuine concern surprised me.

Mathew's vast knowledge and advice greatly eased my anxiety, and helped immensely. He saved me from making a grave error using a quick buy property company, and formed a plan of action to assist me going forward.

After, over an hour long telephone conversation he emailed a link to his video regarding the property market, choosing estate agents, property pricing, etc. Although lengthy, it contains really good tips and is highly informative.

Included in the email were the main points we'd discussed and an attachment.

I highly recommend going on the website and filling in the form for a consultation with Mathew, albeit, you may receive a few phone calls from Yaseem to book it, but it is well worth it.

Matthews advice was excellent. We have had a long sale process of our property (ongoing) and I am totally fed up with it. I looked into the prospect of a quick cash sale to bring it to a conclusion.
