Good morning to all adt staff

Good morning to all adt staff. First am a very busy person, secondly I don't have time to waste on incompetent staff.thirdly am still standing and still waiting to to hear from Stacey Chris Sabah and everyone one who passed the buck. If I work for a company like thus I bow my head in shame, but in business there's no care responsibilities pride attention but alot of attitude and everyone is BOSS. BUT FOR TWO YEARS MY SOFT WEAR HAS NOT BEEN WORKING, also the alarm stytem has not work since Sept. But adt take my money but don't provide the service. Until a young smartly clean man call Riley came and solved the problem, he was polite uniform smart polite helpful and well presented and well mannered. Stacey was supposed to phone, but think she's making her AI when finished that's if the world don't finish 🤔 AI she be in contact with me. Adt you a business, but remember your customers made your business to be what's today. Chairman CEO directors staff so can all pay have a roof over your head have food pay mortgage pay bills YES we the customers let your business survive think of that when you read this. Am waiting for the out of this and my compensation.

Absolute ABORTION OF A HOME SECURITY…

Absolute ABORTION OF A HOME SECURITY COMPANY!!!!! FROM PRICES ALARMS TO TELUS HOME TO ADT .....WORST DECISION ANY HOME OWNER CAN DO.....WARNING DONT WASTE YOUR TIME PATIENCE OR EFFORT...ABSOLUTE DISAPPOINTMENT..LEFT WITH AN APPARENT OUTSTANDING BALANCE, CALL THERE JOKE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE...AFTER 3 YEARS STILL....STILLL NOT BEEN ABLE TO GET A SIMPLE ANSWER ON HOW TO APPARENTLY UPDATE BILLING..LET AONE TOLD A REP COME TO HOME MADE AN APPOINTMENT..NO SHOW ...PROMICED SERTIAN THINGS AS ASIGN ON BONUS...NEVER CAME THREW.... ABSOLUTELY MAKES ME SICK...... THIS CHARLES CLIFF APPARENTLY THE HUMAN CAME TO MY HOME INITIALLY HAVE SENT EMAILS ...NOTHING.....WAS PROMICED CERTIAN THINGS LIKE DOORBELL CAMERA AND 2 ADDITONAL CAMERAS TO EXISTING SYSTEMM...INSTALLER CAME TOLD ME NO WE DONT DO THAT.. ADT HOME SECURITY

What a horrendous company. So far three appointments booked to carry out various works between the hours of 9am to 5pm. For two of these the engineer never showed up; I am waiting for the engineer today but don't hold out much hope. I had to take days off work for all these at a great financial loss. Spent almost 4 hours trying to get through to the muppets at CUSTOMER SERVICES (joke) to get an update on engineer's where abouts - didn't get anywhere. No head office, contact numbers, supervisors, managers etc. I had to give them ONE STAR but really wanted to give MINUS TEN. Avoid at all cost. Try and find a small family run business where possible. This is GREAT BRITAIN.

Rubbish Service Yet Again from ADT…

Nothing seems to have changed in the year since I had me last yearly "routine" service of my alarm system for which I rated them as a "1" on Trust Pilot.
Have been a Customer of theirs for over 30 years when it used to be called "British Telecom Security.
The old "Covid" card is still being played!
Had to wait 2 months for a service date (like last year) and then on the day had a 4 hour slot for the engineer.
Halfway through the slot no engineer or any contact from ADT to update probable ETA so rang ADT.
Got the now customary message most large companies who employ insufficient agents on their enquiry lines as follows:-
"WE ARE RECEIVING A VERY HIGH VOLUME OF CALLS AT PRESENT SHOULD YOUR CALL NOT BE URGENT PLEASE RING BACK".
I stayed on the line and after about 10 minutes an agent took me through the identity check and gave my contact my contract number.
They confirmed I was booked in for a service and told technician would call 20 minutes before arrival.
No engineer arrived by expiry time of my 4 hour slot so called ADT again.
Got the obligatory "WE ARE RECEIVING VERY HIGH VOLUMES....." and after holding for another 10 minute Got another agent who said they would ring my Technician called JACK.
After a few minutes I got a dialing tone followed by an engaged tone for a couple of minutes then was cut off.
Stated the process all again same message same wait this time agent said they would call the texchnician and get back to me while I held.
After a minute or so agent came back and said couldn't seem to contact technician - it would at that point seem to be my tough luck and nothing else offered.
At this point it's one and a half hours past my 4 hour slot and ADT have not contacted me.
I continue to wait for my missing technician while I try to locate the ADT complains people I had to contact last year.

We can't fix your problem says ADT and COVID -19 is their best excuse ever.

ADT state, "We are always there for you."

Need an engineer visit as alarm not working. Telephone Customer Services who say they have passed it onto an engineer who will contact you. No one ever does. Make a formal Complaint. Response: COVID-19, no engineers.

Two months later, no engineer visit. ADT still blame COVID-19 and no engineers.

ADT quote, "148 years of providing what matters."

Well it is certainly not customer service or engineers who are no doubt selling new alarms.

horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! bar none . they can not even get the billing statement right. i do not want a company securing my residence when customer service is not on the same page. there equipment is in the ditch of my front yard. no way would i recommend this company!!!!!

Thoroughly untrustworthy. Worst of the worst. Stay away.

As a customer since 2011 I am done with ADT Security. They are thoroughly untrustworthy, vile, and an abominably bad company.

They have the worst possible people posing as "tech" support who will lie to avoid doing their jobs then hang up when you ask for a supervisor.

Mark in tech "support" literally lied to me pretending that the low battery was not in ADT's system so I would have to check all my fire alarms to stop the incessant beeping coming from ADT's system.

Obviously since the beeping was from a low battery in ADT's outdated and worthless equipment this was just wasting my time.

I am trying to recover from recent surgery so this must have been hilarious for him.

You can't possibly find a worse company than ADT.

I'm paying a competitor $3500 to come out and replace all ADT's trashy outdated equipment with real equipment.

If you want to deal with liars, rudeness, and incompetent "people" that shouldn't be trusted to walk a dog let alone help with home security then ADT is for you.

Otherwise stay far away from this atrocious company.

They are absolute trash.

ADT doesn’t tell you that they will…

ADT doesn’t tell you that they will change your monthly charges even though you sign a contract, it’s in the very fine print on page 5. They also do not tell you that they are not liable for anything should they “not respond to monitor during a break in”. So they do not have to do their job or maintain their promise. It’s a huge let down. Cannot write reviews on ADT websites so their website shows fake ratings! Should all be illegal! After reading the real reviews all ADT keeps saying is “we are sorry for your frustrating experience...” but if they were really sorry they would 1. Change the policies their customers are complaining about 2. Ensure potential customers knew about these issues by having them initial the areas of the contract that outline these outrageous stipulations 3. Take down fake ratings and allow these real ratings on their adt website to keep them transparent and honest

Not Trustworthy: Stay away from them

If I could give any lower rating, would do that. Stay away from these liars. One of the worst businesses I have ever dealt with. I lost my awesome deal with CPI, because fo these liars. Their Sales Mgr on a recorded line promised a better deal, gets my agreement to check my credit score, takes deposit for installation, sends the technician the next day only for me to uncover that he gave a false Quote and now ADT as a company would not honor that. Despite me telling them to check their recording and honor what was committed to the customer, even if your Sales Mgr made a mistake, they refused and the Sales Regional Mgr on the call was extremely rude. All he would say is, we will give your money back. Reached out to Customer care, who never returned my call after it dropped during their internal transfer. In short, their logo should be "Not trustworthy" and they promise security.. Its a joke. Sharing this so others don't get trapped by them.

I am absolutely appalled by this…

I am absolutely appalled by this business. I had rearranged my plans to suit them to come out to my house and carry out their assessment. They arranged it for 9am in the morning, so i ensured I was organised for them coming. Well, no one showed up and not even a telephone call. Absolutely awful customer service. It really disappointed me because I said to the booking agent if they would definitely arrive at that time and she stated yes. Waited a few hours before getting on with some personal stuff, but will not be recommending them to anyone and don't trust them either now.

I am a severely disabled adult and have received disgusting service from ADT HOME SECURITY

I am a severely disabled adult and have been a customer of ADT security for many years. I recently went out and set my alarm and on my return home I triggered my alarm by accident. What was so frightening for me as a vulnerable person who is totally reliant on my alarm is that I did not receive a call to inform me that my alarm went off! I contacted ADT and found out that ADT have been charging me each month for their HOME SECURITY that has not worked since April. What is disgraceful is that ADT did NOT inform me, and have been charging me for a service that is not fit for purpose. Their customer service team were so atrocious that I contacted their M D and ADT have now changed my alarm system but have NOT refunded my money for all the months they charged for a system that didn’t work. This experience has left me feeling more vulnerable and scared as I still don’t know if my system even works now !!!
