Easy to do and Customer Service was great!

I was a previous teacher who assessed to children daily with different types of measures. I love how hopeful boss makes assessment and testing easy and offers computer adaptive options. I have recommended this website to everyone on my social media as well as friends and family.

The purchase is easy, the emails are informative and clear, the testing times, methods, and reports are excellent.

I was already familiar with MAP testing, but did not know how to go about purchasing/using as a first-time homeschool mom. It was very easy to make the purchase and choose the correct test for my children by grade. I signed up for a time slot and received emails and text messages with instructions and the code for that day's testing. Very easy. Also, the email you get prior to testing will walk you through checking your computer for compatibility with the test, disabling pop-up blockers, etc. All in all, we had a good experience and i would trust Homeschool Boss for testing again.

My children completed the MAP reading and math testing with Homeschool Boss. The proctors were easily accessible through text messaging. My oldest was able to compete the tests in the expected time frame. My younger children who are dyslexic, required more rest breaks and each test pushed into additional days. I had to request a new access code each day. Each test took them close to three hours of active work time to compete, spread over three days. A reading assist feature for the tests is available upon request, but the proctors missed activating the reading assistance feature each day we resumed the tests, even though I would specifically ask them to activate it beforehand. This caused us frustration and more time while we waited for them to reset the tests. My children also found the reading assistance voice difficult to understand and tolerate.

The login process was super quick and easy. The proctor was always available and able to help whenever we needed to take a random break. Also, they were so helpful in correcting an error that I made and provided quick results. I plan to use them again in the future!
