Never again
For three times in a row my parcel was delivered to a pick up point different from what I had selected and with more restrictive opening times (closed on Saturdays and closing at 6.pm every other day) which prevented me from picking it up. Hence to make their own transportation more sustainable, they let 3 parcels travel back to another country once the waiting time was expired. Very efficient and environmentally friendly indeed. I'm now no longer buying products when the only shipment option is homer

Absolutely the worst delivery service
Absolutely the worst delivery service. Lost packages, constant delays, and wrong delivery addresses—over and over again. It has cost me both money and stress.
Unreliable, no phone support (likely because of the sheer number of complaints), and email responses are rare—if they even bother to reply. Compensation for lost packages? Just €20. That’s it.
I’m done. I understand their so-called ecological approach, but does that excuse this level of service? I’m not alone—many others are facing the same issues. Yes, it’s cheap, but paying a few extra euros is worth avoiding the nightmare.
