I am giving one star because the worst thing that could happen was it acquiring Vinted Go and now four of my parcels are lost: it’s not about getting a refund as much as making sure such things don’t happen and you seem to have made a bad decision and I really don’t care about solving everything with a refund or the same copy paste response when I enquire about my parcels. Do better

Best and cheapest
It is good, safer, reliable and cheapest, but it takes more time than the other companies. It doesn't work in the whole of Europe either. I hope these can be improved. This is the best👍👍

This pickup places are just a nightmare
I know its extra income for retail stores that have to pay rent and are well located, but why does it every time has to be a place ran by dirty, unprofessional people? Can't Homerr do business with better stores and have certain quality standards for pickup points? You should improve your standards guys, for your brand and product experience.

Not normal post! Liers and slobs
Better you don't work at all! You do it so bad! Delivered my parcels in different city's! Not even one time. Also a liers!! You have to let people at least 7 days to pick it up, what is clearly says on mail. But this post send it back after 5 days. I lost parcel and money because of this stupid slobs, who can't do normal work. Hope you will close soon. Don't even deserve 1 stur.

Lost packages
I have 4 packages that are completely lost and I don't know how to find them. They were returned to the sender because my name was no longer written on the outside of the package and I did not expect this change. For this reason the post office did not know to keep my packages and sent them back and therefore I have lost them and the senders have not sent received them back either.
