A simple, transparent ordering process with clear steps. Communication and shipping were also excellent.

Product delivered in time and it did not disappoint me. It is exactly as described and showed in the pictures.
It is spacious and a perfect fit for the packing cubes I bought long ago.
It is unfortunate that Millican is no longer selling them.

Great bag. Have had a couple of others before that had some tiny issues making them not quite perfect, all seems to be fixed now. Looks great, fits everything I need, has really useful organisation.

I absolutely love my Millican rucksack. The quality, the detail, and styling is beautiful, plus it’s so comfortable on the back for long periods. I’ve had many rucksacks over the years, and I value a good rucksack, and this is up there as one of the best. Bravo Millican!

I like Millican. This is my second backpack, I also have the 25 l version. First parcel was stolen during delivery, ordered a new backpack with a discount.

Good quality bag. I like the metal strap parts which won’t snap easily and the laptop compartment. Magnet to keep the zip hidden/protected for that is a nice touch.

Never seen that rough. Work at construction or even icy, snowy, windy rainy, hot , the bag stay for long years.

I love my backpack! And I was not expecting as such fast delivery to Poland.

Good design, good quality.

As someone who has too many bags buying another was a risk. However, zero regrets as the 25L roll top exceeded expectations and put my others into the shade. Great service and product.

I found the website helpful and easy to use, delivery was quick, and the bag was good value. I’ve only had it for a month or so, so don’t know yet if it’s as rugged as it’s supposed to be, but so far I love it.

Great products that i have bought for my son, nephew and myself.

I ordered a bag as a Christmas present for our daughter, in good time beforehand. As Christmas approached and the bag had not been delivered, I contacted Millican to inform them of the situation. The fault was with the delivery company, but Millican should have taken up the issue with the delivery company, and provided us with a replacement in time for Christmas. They were always very apologetic, and did supply a replacement AFTER Christmas.

I ordered a duffle bag (28l) and am very happy with it. Smart solutions, good quality and interesting materials without that overly high-tech look other outdoor companies strive for. I expect the duffle bag to age gracefully. Delivery to Germany took a pretty long time, so be aware of that if you need the goods quickly.

So grateful for the experienc!:) Bought my husband his first 15L Smith Original. He loves it! It’s also our last name so it’s great to have that on the bag too.
Will be buying more!

The waist straps aren't padded otherwise the bag is rock solid.

Consistently superb packs, well made, great attention to detail and comfortable even when over filled.

25 ltr roll top fab product for couple of nights away when you remember where you put what in which pocket but that's a good thing
