My lights were delivered this morning. Thank you

I ordered some chilli lights (order number: UK-HL#P90485182). I received a text message confirming that order had been received and I was informed that delivery would be around two weeks. I was shocked today 13th December, to find an email sent (in my spam email), confirming delivery on the 10th December (I ordered on the 2nd December), and left outside my back door. I was in all day on the Monday, and my back door is not very assessable. Unhelpful customer services, put phone down on me. I am now worried that this company is not legitimate. No communication from DHL.. the tracker was sent by homeloft? Please note an update on my feedback. Thank you I have received my lights this morning and in good working order.

Would not recommend

I have placed an order at the end of August. We still have not received the product. I do not recommend ordering anything.
Order update November : the order was not shipped, the item was no longer available!

Overpriced and unable to contact them

I came across this company whilst researching a product I wanted to replace. Firstly, the email address is invalid. Secondly, the item in question should be under £10 or less, they are advertising it for £45.60, reduced from £75. I do not trust this company one bit!
Be very wary before purchasing from them.

Worth shipping experience ever

Worth shipping experience ever. Over 30 days - product still not with me and then have heard it will have a US power supply/ plug when we use british. No way to get my money back currently - be very aware and do not order from this website!!

Very expensive drop shipper!

Buyer beware! Dropshipping business! They buy products from Amazon & then sell them to you at 3-4 times mark up. Do your homework before buying from here.

Dropshipping business

Dropshipping business which has a product from a well-known small business listed for £100 "reduced" from £170 on their site. The RRP of the product in question is actually just £50 and from a business which only sells through Amazon. This is, at best, a shady business.

Placed an order and it got cancelled, but my money was taken! I fear this is a scam!

Order number UK-HL#P001750268 Placed an order and it got cancelled “at my request” which is not the case as I never cancelled it!
The desk I purchased costs £503 and I am furious right now as I think this is a major scam. I wished I had read trustpilot reviews first!
I tried calling the number and obviously it rang to nothing! And the amount taken from my card was an international debit so not a UK company at all but an Indian one (possibly).
Will customer service contact me ASAP!

Happy with product but took 13 days to arrive

Product when it turned up was exactly as expected. Happy with the product. But it took 13 days to arrive and was supposed to be for a birthday present but arrived afterwards. Order placed 16 August 2024 and arrived 29 August.

Best all-rounder sharp knives

I am left-handed and find it very difficult to find a knife which are for left handers. I was given a set of 12 knives in 1991 and found that the knives were very very sharp and I could use it as well as the right-handers. I was down to my last two since using them from1991. And had been searching for the same since last five years. When I saw them online I immediately ordered them and then read the reviews which were not good about the company and was scared that I would not receive my order. But I did and cannot tell you how good the knives are.I had to wait a bit longer for it to arrive but I am very happy with my order. It was easy to order and am happywith the knives. Homeloft should advertise this product more widely.
