Mediation cushion (inflatable)

I love this inflatable meditation cushion. I've had a few for travel, but they just don't last. This one was a bit more expensive but it's worth it. 3 different inflatable chambers and strong seams, it also looks lovely. Great customer service, I'll be back.

Terrible experience.

Update: When installation was started it was found that the unit (Google Nest Thermostat) sent was a USA version product, not UK, and therefore unusable. This despite having specifically checked before shipment with HomeLoft that the goods would be UK spec.
When requesting to return for a full refund, I was informed I had to ship the goods to the USA for a refund, and I had to cover the associated International Freight costs. After numerous emails (around 70!) I finally received a partial refund on the shipping and a full refund on the goods.
This is NOT a UK company, it does NOT have a UK presence and it leaves its customers out of pocket for a fault that clearly sits with HomeLoft.
Do not touch them with a bargepole.

Good response from the support team.
Goods took longer than anticipated for delivery, but arrived as described.

Terrible con of a company

Its a registered uk company that has a uk address and uk in the website name. Sold me an American version of the product and insist I send it back to America within 7 days for refund. Limited postage refund too. Terrible service. It’s a dishonest shell of a business.

Pretty much as expected

Pretty much as expected. Promised delivery date was delayed after purchase by a couple of weeks - but second date was kept. Packaging could have better.

Defective electrical items

2 defective, damaged lamps delivered. Fairly expensive purchase (over £200) Completely unusable. Company ignoring my emails. Don't recommend buying electrical goods from Homeloft. Dangerous products, really terrible customer service.
