Send Electrical equipment that suits New Zealand std.Be supportive fully reimburse costs incurred when returning products.
Get rid of your stalling tactics regarding the email threads never ending dragging the process until one gives up….joke!!

we tried out the johnny apple peeler last night it was brillant. we had a cheap metal one wouldnt keep still on the bench, but this is great packed well delivered quick . overall great service thank you homeloft.

I bought a beautiful fire-surround but…

I bought a beautiful fire-surround but I was a little frustrated there was nothing in the advertisement to suggest I was buying from an American company.My current values are inconsistent with what is happening in the US under the current administration so I would not have purchased had I known.

The exporter also did not enclose a full copy of the invoice so my purchase was held up at customs however were very receptive to sending this through when I contacted them. The UPS Customs agent was fabulous at getting my purchase through quickly.

The US angle really did frustrate me and I was worried that I might be charged additional customs and the GST at that point. I had thought at my purchase that the cost was GST inclusive but when it went to customs, I was unsure.

There were no further charges payable by me however and my fire surround is stunning so I got there in the end.

Ordered a sheet set I believed was from…

Ordered a sheet set I believed was from NZ. Has not arrived tho they claim it was delivered. DHL does not recognise the tracking number. Bitterly disappointed not to have received the goods. I have exhausted all lines of Enquiry re postage 10/02/26.
However I have now received a full refund. In the end the customer service met my expectations

Everything was wrong

Everything was wrong. Wrongly informed. Got sent a product that was not suitable for nz voltage standards. Will never order from here again.
