Great local business
I contacted HomeKit Australia before ordering to check stock availability because a lot of companies don’t keep stock and just get the product shipped straight from China. I was assured the item was in stock and ready for shipping. It was dispatched the day I ordered and arrived two days later.
The product was as described and good quality. This is a good local business. I will shop with them again.

We've been in the same boat as you, order a product and then wait for the supplier to order same from their distributor before shipping to you.
We thought we would try to break the rules and hold good stock of each item here in Australia.
Bottom line is that most people are pretty happy with that and we, in turn, appreciate the returning custom that this has helped to generate.
We love what we do and it is really neat to be able to advise and assist wherever we can.
The great bulk of our clients are an absolute pleasure to communicate and deal with, so it makes for a pretty pleasant life.

Great products and customer service
I placed an order at crazy early hours in the morning and before business hours Keith was alrady emailing me to let me know that something wasn't completely in stock and instantly refunded that particular item.
In the end I ordered a couple of extra items to qualify for free express shipping and they were dispatched (and received) very quickly.
The items work very well with minimal to no instructions required. This included the home starter kit which had no instructions at all, but I was able to figure out how to use based on the manuals / videos of similar items.
Keith did accidentally send me the wrong charger but upon follow up, sent me the correct one at his expense. This is despite the items I purchased being on sale.
I've now used every item and they've worked perfectly out of the box and integrate so well with the Apple eco-system as advertised! Thank you for your honesty and follow-through Keith, I will definitely be keeping an eye on more products on your store.
