This company goes under contract at one price, people sign the agreement, and then after the inspection they suddenly drop the price by about 20%. The same thing happened with my property — they put the house under contract and then tried to reduce the price after the inspection. Very unprofessional behavior.

Selling our home to home inc was fast and a painless process. So happy that myself and mother went with this company. Anton was very helpful and answered a myriad of questions kept our mind at ease and really enjoyed his patience. The closing was fast and since my mother is immobile they came out to have her sign the paperwork. I do want to note they did give us a fair offer and we were happy to take. Thank you

I would give 5 negative stars if I could. I called around for help before the house my Grandfather left to me in a trust went to foreclosure. Homeinc called me saying they would buy the house. They saw a loophole in the trust, never closed or told me a thing, just don’t worry. They let it go to foreclosure and bought it. They are vultures.

So easy to work with! They really have their stuff together. Great experience -

Review for Jonathan Soto — Buyer’s Agent

I want to share my experience working with Jonathan Soto regarding the sale of my condominium in Miami.

Unfortunately, the process was marred by a significant lack of transparency. The Condominium Rider — a critical document containing important financial obligations and terms — was never provided to me digitally, nor was it included or initialed as part of the main contract I signed. I only discovered it tucked away in a printed stack of papers after signing, and without my agreement on it.

When I raised this issue, I was told not to worry and that “Legal” would handle it, which I found unprofessional and concerning. This rider imposes obligations I cannot fulfill, and I feel strongly that I was not given a fair or complete picture before signing the contract.

While I appreciate some of the efforts made, I cannot recommend proceeding with this agent without being very careful to review all documents thoroughly and insist on full disclosure upfront. Transparency and clear communication should be priorities in any real estate transaction, and unfortunately, that was lacking here.

I recently did a home video and photo shoot for Homeinc. The property owner was well informed about my purpose prior to arrival which ultimately made for an easy, accessible and successful visit. Thank you Homeinc!!
