Amazing Customer Service

From email enquiry through to installation Daniel Slade offered excellent customer service. He regularly communicated throughout the process. The installers were very quick and tidy. I would highly recommend the Home Hub Group.

I WOULD NOT USE AGAIN

I wouldn't recommend using this company and I wouldn't use them again. The Origin sliding doors are good quality but the quality of the glazing was not. The process of getting replacement glass with Home Hub was painful with poor communication throughout. Once they have your money they don't care. The latest panel of glass (the fourth) still has a small defect. No aftercare.

Outstanding end-to-end service

I ordered 2 aluminium windows for a stable conversion and found the service to be outstanding from start to finish. Despite me making a number of tweaks to the order, my Origin windows were turned round at a super fast pace and delivered on my preferred day.
The two installers arrived bang on time, were bright, polite and very proud of their work. Despite a couple of challenges with the building being old, nothing was a problem. They did a great job, left it tidy and polished the windows. I couldn't fault the all round service.

New Sash Windows

We were undertaking a new rear extension on our house and needed 3 x large bespoke sash windows. We contacted a number of companies for a quote and delivery time. Home Hub were the most competitive and said they could deliver in a short time frame so we decided to go with them. However they were not able to deliver on the original dates as it was quite close to the 2022 Christmas break. This meant that our house was open to the elements over the Christmas period however the builders did install temporary hoarding. Home Hub did schedule us in for 1st fitting on the 4th Jan which was the 1st day they were back working. The sash windows are good quality and we are very pleased with the product. The installers were good however there was some accidental damage to the new stonework. It did take a bit of time to resolve but Home Hub to their credit did step up and sent a Repair man to fix the stonework and he did a great job. Although it took a bit longer and required a bit of pushing, overall I am really pleased with the outcome.

Poor processes and communication

Good pricing and products, but unreliable operational processes and service/after-care. Generally issue is communication around shifting timelines and solutions with often a promise that isn't met. So for a not standard window project, beware

Delighted! From first conversation to final installation, Home Hub were great. They had just what we wanted, understood how best to supply that and made the whole experience very easy. Everyone we encountered was polite, knowledgeable and helpful. All in all we’d recommend Home Hub. Thank you!

Fantastic throughout!

We have just had aluminium windows and a door fitted by home hub. The process was seamless, from viewing products at there fantastic showroom in Bracknell, the knowledgeable design team, the surveying, and the great work done by the installation team.
They delivered on time, and we are extremely happy with the quality of the products and the installation process. The guys were very tidy as well.
We are happy to recommend the company, and will definitely use in the future.
Many thanks to all the staff involved in making this a seamless process for us.

Disgraceful customer service

Home hub “pride them selves on exceptional customer service”. What I have experienced is far from exceptional, it has been disgraceful . I ordered my window and doors in November and they have not yet been installed. I have had nothing but problems- price difference, lack of communication, time delays, and workmen not showing up on the day. My windows and doors were due to be fitted today and nobody showed. Nobody bothered to call me to advise it was cancelled , And nobody has bothered to call me back after chasing several times. After spending a huge amount of money , I expect a courtesy call to advise. Nothing. I get better service at McDonald’s than I have received by Home hub. I’m shocked and I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy.

We all need a Chance..

We all need a Chance..

I at first was terribly upset by the communication between the sales and after sales regarding the window and doors installation.

the product is perfect and but the unexpected long queue for installation that create a lot of stress, the lack of a chance to communicate with a staff personally.......the feeling of beng ignored......its awful. The default link would never know what is your problem and move you to the next right step.

homehub rely everything on the web, all communications are done by emails, or booking through their link, if you have something that is not so straightforward, there is no way for you to get a help to put two unsolved problem together eventhough actually it's just a very small matter. however if you are lucky enough to get through to their management, who is responsible, capable and understanding, he can in a very short time to offer you help.

from this experience , I shared with their boss that maybe should set up a holine or encourage staff to communicate with clients more personally instead of relying too much on the computer when things are not as direct and simple as we think, human are still smarter than what we invent.

Everyone deserve a chance, the guys came in a short time help to finish the last bits of my doors are excellent and polite, they reassure me of how good their company and staff could be.....

and what they respond make me believe that they really appreciate client's advices. We both gain and learn a great lesson. we both are given a chance to do better....

I have had windows and Origin bifold…

I have had windows and Origin bifold doors installed by Homehub for over 5 years. I have had nothing but issues! Drafts through both doors and windows! Poorly fitted despite refitting a replacement window.

Stay away and goto a reputable company. I am having to replace everything and start again at huge expense!

Rolstone Construction Experience

Have been using Home Hub for a few years now. Products are to a high standard, great prices and nothing is ever an issue.

Home improvements without the hard sell !

Wanted a new composite front door to replace existing upvc one & benefit from state of the art high security locks at the same time . Chose an Endurance door after chatting with Dan at their Bracknell office .

Very pleased with the whole process from ordering through to installation. New door looks great & exceeds our expectations . Have used Home- Hub in the past for Bi-folds, windows etc & can throughly recommend them .

Once they have your money they don’t give a damn

Everything started well from the sales team they were recommended by a friend so we didn’t look for reviews, I wish we had! Like I say it all was going fine until the delivery and fitting, the doors were due to be fitted on the Friday and we had everything arranged, however they called us on the Monday asking if they could come earlier we explained that no they couldn’t as the plasterers were there and we wouldn’t be ready until the previously arranged day of the Friday. We then received two texts in the Wednesday confirming the installation for Friday which was fine. But in the Thursday they rang to say was it ok to come that day, they left an answerphone message as my husband was unable to take the call, they turned up on the off chance having not spoken to either of us, the builders had their workers here plastering and laying slabs non of which had the authority to give them the ok, the contract between ourselves and Homehub states that there must be a nominated person on site, which there wasn’t, by the time my husband was able to call them back they had started the install whilst the plasterers were working, needless to say I was fuming when I arrived home to find the chaos of four guys working around each other. All they could do was apologise!!! To top the lot we were then chased several times for the installation payment which we had already paid using the bank details on the invoice. We then discovered that a small piece of mastic had become dislodged, I rang and spoke to one of the sales guys, firstly to explain that we had paid the outstanding fitting fee and also mentioned the problem with the mastic, he seemed helpful and told me to log it on their portal which I did, it said that someone would be in touch within 48 hours, that was a week ago, be careful using this company it looks like once they have your money they don’t give a damn.

I received excellent sales assistance…

I received excellent sales assistance and advice for aluminium French doors and a large fixed window form Dan in sales and I'm really pleased with the results. Dan was friendly, experienced and responded immediately to all requests for information, quotations and demos. My overall rating would would have been 5 stars if it wasn't for issues with the initial installation team, but Home Hub reacted well to my concerns and sent some really keen and helpful guys over who couldn't do enough the make things right; which they did... So all in all a good experience and I am happy to go back to them with further new window requirements.
