I rang to get a quote for boiler cover and was talked into signing up to their Bells and whistles cover that covered everything, plumbing, electrics etc for 1 year.
I got to use it twice, 1st time to top up boiler pressure and 2nd time to seal a pipe in toilet. On the third occasion the excuses began to flow, I was told I would get a call back. Heard nothing so called them back to be told my policy didn’t cover fixing bathroom radiator and said they would have to invoice me separately for fixing it!
So be warned that their Premium cover is practically worthless.

Excellent Service. Flloyd arrived on time and was very polite. This was a day and a half job. He worked very neatly and cleared up after himself. He did not mind us bombarding him with questions and was professional at all times. Floyd certainly knows his job. He is a great asset to the organisation. I cannot leave out Charlotte. A very pleasant and patient lady. Her customer service skille is at a very high standard. Thank you very much.

The work was absolutely amazing, it was a big job, but he managed to finish it, he explained every step of the work, and he did it very quick, and cleaned off the mess, he was very professional, very respectful, very truthful and i was very happy with the job and my friends and family are asking for the company information because the job was so good.

Arrived to at 12pm however when going out to get parts took around and hour 15mins. Then was asking if he could have lunch first at around 2.20pm. So very poor time management/punctuality.

Also job was not done properly, draught excluder cheap quality and dragged against the floor/slid out/not cut to size.

Great. The operative was helpful and did a good job.

Mr Barker was very polite, efficient and got on with the job. He cleaned up after himself afterwards.

Contractor was on time and very polite. Talked me through everything he was doing when repairing 2 windows. He requested I checked repair before he left.

Extremely poor service, they came to fix my window couldn't fix it. Said they would order a parts 1 month later didnt hear anything. They also mark the job as completed when the guy who came did not do anything. The guy who came was very under trained and didn't seem to have knowledge of what he was doing.

Very friendly and professional tradesman arrived on time to fix tile and shower rail as it broke off the wall and fell down which caused the tile to crack.The job was completed in excellent time and at a high standard. i am very happy with the service given.

Your employee was considerate and hardworking.
I would recommend him to the different and diverse community.
They could provide him with better equipment such as long broom to reach higher ceilings.

Had to wait 2 week for a part even though the maintenance man said he had the part. He was here 3hrs and left without checking the front door locked, it didn’t. I called the office to be told he couldn’t come back till the following day even though I couldn’t lock my front door!
The guy on the phone didn’t seem bothered that his employee had put my home and safety at risk. Maintenance guy came the next morning and took another 1hr 1/2 to fix the problem. Clearly he wasn’t trained for the job and the customer service was dreadful! I only gave a 1 star as none wasn’t an opinion
