Phoned yesterday for an installation and or advice. Arrived later the same day , gave me the advice , I agreed and a price of insulation and myself getting the Free sat box . Insulation was made this morning and soon after the box was delivered. I now have terrestrial tv with 146 channels FREE and no more subscriptions via the WiFi or tv provider. So big thank you. Good price great service , so give them a call.

System or processes need changing. Booked a visit online for yesterday and my dad waited in all afternoon. Nobody showed up. Today I rang up and they said his area isn't currently covered so the appointment must have been wiped from the system. Nobody called or emailed him to let him know.

We needed to have our aerial fixed. The service from the company was not entirely satisfactory as they delayed sending anyone for three days.

However the repairman, Jake, arrived promptly on the day eventually agreed, and fixed our aerial problem efficiently. Because of this, I would recommend the company.

I normally do not give reviews but in this case I shall make an exception. I had lost all TV signal which pointed to an aerial problem. I contacted HDS on a Sunday and Jake arrived Monday afternoon. He quickly identified the problem and gave a sensible quote. In no time he had replaced the faulty fitting leaving the equipment in perfect condition. An outstanding service.

Jake/E9321, came within a few hours, fixed the aerial which had blown over In a strong wind. He was pleasant and official, we had our TV up and running again in an hour, happy hubby can watch his football again

This company was terrible. They look like a local family company. The engineer was nice enough and he changed a wire connection in 10 mins which temporarily fix problem and then stopped working. Called them back and they the work was not guarantee. No free assessment done or quote , no paperwork left and said they would have to charge again if they were to come out. I will not be using them again!!

Can’t be bothered just bad all round over priced and fooled into thinking the engineer knew his stuff he could certainly talk a good game. Disappointed and branded off with myself for being so naive

Excellent service from the initial contact to the engineer visiting. The engineer Jake (E9321) was excellent, the fault was quickly traced and fixed. Would recommend the service and use again.

Was messed about for three days. trying to get them to me but it was only because of changeover of the business. They was very apologetic but was worth the wait Craig came to fix what needed fixing. Was very polite and knew what needed to be done. Will use them again. And recommend.

Monday I was impressed to be told an engineer would call around in the afternoon. No show. Was told engineer would call Tuesday. Waited all day - no show.
When l rang late Tuesday afternoon, I was PROMISED an engineer between 0800-0830 Wednesday morning. It is now 1815 and no engineer and no calls. Very disappointed that a local company can treat customers like this. Very, very disappointed.

Jake was prompt and friendly and obviously understood the technology very well indeed

Phoned them around 10.30. Man arrived about 12.30 and completed the job very quickly.
NOT SO GOOD.
The price. Quoted for a simple connection fix and retune which i had missed. Offered a quote of £78 or £200 to do something with the aerial in case the internet went down and we lost the tv in the lounge.
We opted for the £78 job which just took a few minutes. Had our usual guy been available this nothing job would have been a fraction of the cost but that's life i suppose.

JAKE/E9321 arrived on time and did a fine job of refitting our aerial with new brackets, post and cables.

After buying my own lnb and just needed it fitting, which requires just a ladder and screwdriver. I rang up to get someone to come and do it as there was no point in buying a big ladder for just one usage in a rented property
The engineer came around and accessed the work that needed doing, and agreed that it was 5min job at most, the longest job was putting the ladder up.now the engineer who came around was very friendly and helpful.I know this as doing all the research and being an engineer myself. So the engineer goes back in his van, and then “office” gives you a call to talk about price. Now my understanding is that there’s a central hub that many independent engineers sign too, and the office is a main hub for the uk to give the jobs out and price up the jobs.what they also do at this office is dream a lot, dream on how they can charge an stupid amount of money to do a 5min job. If you have a ladder to get up to the disc, my advice is go to Screwfix pick up a quad lnb(£13.49)and use YouTube to show you how to change over the lnb. Because that will save you £120…. THATS RIGHT £120. What a massive joke. Now what I do understand is there are some costs involved, labour cost etc. so I think £30 to £50 max is a reasonable price, like I said it’s a 5/10 min job max. And when I declined the job because of the price it was like the guy at the other on the end of the phone, and never heard of the word no. It was like total shock that I said it. And then got arsey because I said don’t worry about it. So his attitude turned in to a baby attitude, because he didn’t get his own way. So honestly do your research, if you can do the job yourself do it, if not speak to a local independent engineer, they won’t try and rob you off.
Oh and my advice to “the office” stop trying to rob people off and push the up for a simple job.A person with little knowledge may get stung very hard, buy them trying to convince for on how much things cost, so it is beneficial to do research before hand and save yourself a lot of money
