Bought Homedics Foot Spa online from Chemist Warehouse. Bubble functions poorly and only on left foot and heating near useless. Sent email to Homedics on day received, got auto acknowledgement then nothing. Sent two more emails, no response. Chemist Warehouse contacted not interested. Put 1 * review on their web site and almost immediately got a response saying they couldn't find my emails! Sent them proof of purchase and was then told they would send mailing labels to return product and replace it. I then had to confirm my address and then nothing after 3 weeks and 3 follow up emails. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT

The product I ordered stopped working after a few weeks. I’ve been emailing back and forth with support for 2 months and still have not received a replacement or refund. Instead I’ve been asked to jump through multiple hoops with delays of a week or more before hearing back.
The support is pathetic and the product quality is terrible.

Awful Customer Service
I received a defective product and customer service has ignored all my messages and not resolved the issue (going on a month and counting now). Emails ignored, phone # unreachable (says “user busy” every time and cant get through), social media ignores messages as well.

I will preface by saying that Homedics has some great products, however when issues arise with the products the customer service is non-existent. I had a product arrive damaged and contacted them immediately upon receipt, it is going on 2 months and they have yet to respond or resolve the issue. Horrible and would not recomend.

The battery stopped working after not being used for a while. Plus battery is irreplaceable so we have to throw the whole thing away. Really disappointed with the massage gun.

I contacted Customer Support (they neither care nor support) and since it was 6 months past warranty they offered no solutions or accommodations. Buyer beware! I’m finished with HoMedics products and hope others will drop them too

my aircleaner filter is needing replacement,Homedics AT-75, they say no longer serviced,another product into the waste stream due to now being useless,had i known,i would have purchased many filters,NOW locally there will be from sand mining rare earths the dust of uranium,thorium and lead,just when i need the product i bought,NO SUPPORT.

Duplicate order by mistake
Duplicate order by mistake. I tried to cancel the second order straight away on the day, but they still went ahead and shipped both orders.
On the second order, the foot wrap and wrist support wrap were faulty.
I have sent more than 10 emails within the past two weeks but no response from the customer service. And still haven’t refunded me.
My Walgreens blood pressure machine isn’t e
My Walgreens blood pressure machine made by homedics isn’t even a year old. Said low battery. Replaced them. Restarted machine low battery again error message under icon. Called their customer service number twice. Don’t waste your time. Rings forever. Tells you leave number for call back and they don’t. When I finally got thru they said take picture and send to their email address , The email address is invalid! Walgreens said they’d help but they only sell this brand. Hopefully I’ll get a credit.

I only wish I had read these reviews before I purchased the Ellia Gather diffuser. Despite giving a 3 year warranty on this product it was worth nothing! The product was aesthetically beautiful and I was extremely happy to use it. However, it failed within 6 months of use. I had purchased my item from Costco in Edinburgh, who have been extremely helpful in providing me with a duplicate receipt confirming proof of purchase. Although initially happy with that receipt Homedics then decided that it was not valid??? Contacted customer service again for advice and basically had to "jump through hoops" to provide all the requested information - videos, receipts, product codes, manufacturing codes etc etc again! They then agreed the product was faulty and they would provide a replacement. However this apparently was out of stock so offered something else. I checked on their website to view to new replacement and it was exactly the one I had purchased! Now very confused!! I agreed to accept the replacement then was told that I would have to return the faulty one at my expense! I have never known any company to ask the customer to pay for returning a faulty item? After daily emails back and forward I was getting nowhere! I have decided to just return the item to Costco and look to a more reputable and trustworthy company to purchase a replacement.
Please think twice before ordering anything from this company!

Ordered by mistake. I tried to cancel but apparently they do not read their email and ship the product Three days later. They want me to wait for the product to arrive to return it and then wait up to 4 weeks for a refund that could have been given to me 2 days ago instantly.
Not a reputable company
I ordered and paid for a massage cushion from Homedics but did not receive the item. I contacted Homedics and was told they would do nothing to help and I should contact my credit card company.
Failed humidifier with no stock to replace under warranty
Purchased an expensive Homedics humidifier with a 2 year warranty due to our daughter having asthma. The unit failed in under a year and customer service requested receipt, model number, photo of cord cut, etc. which we provided directly. Customer service indicated that a replacement unit was shipping out over two weeks ago and when we requested tracking (due to our daughter having asthma), we were told that the unit is backordered and will ship when back on stock. We purchased due to the two year warranty and this is a theft of services as they cannot replace due to lack of stock. Stay away and purchase from a different company.
