Thieves,i have a reciept for a bed not delivered and no communication,will say it again thieves.Avoid at all costs.

Ordered furniture from Homeday Uk on 16th February. Purchase was confirmed immediately by email. As received no further correspondence have since emailed 3 times requesting cancellation of order and refund in line with the Company terms and conditions.Over a month later have received no replies. Requested a phone contact number as none supplied on website. Sadly , I think I can safely assume that I will never get a refund.
Have now read of similar experiences, wish I'd done so before "buying ".

I ordered a bed frame and pain 31.1.17. I emailed several times for a delivery date with no reply. When you pay, they ask you to send payment direct to their bank account, giving sort code and account number which I did, unfortunately, this gives you no protection and despite attempts by my bank at getting the payment back, they have been unable to do so. I have now received a letter from my bank confirming that I have been a victim of FRAUD. Do not make the same mistake, despite how appealing the price may be.

This company seem to have lots of different web sites under the same design, so its quite easy to spot that they are the same retailer who opens up new web sites when the reviews get too bad under their current site. I made the mistake of buying from this site and 5 months on still have not received my goods, look at homewish.uk, I am not the only one. The fact that there is no telephone number to call should of rang alarm bells, wish I had spotted that before my purchase.
