Buying a house for the first time is so daunting because so many people go through the process completely winging it. After an overwhelming few months of searching for my first property, my brother sent me the link to this website and it’s helped me so much. I wont be submitting another offer without one of these reports! Thank you for making the buying process so much easier and less scarier than it should be.

I don’t normally write reviews but I have so much appreciation for this website. As a first time buyer, the stress around making an offer during these uncertain times was stopping me from buying my dream home. With no real reference point I was in danger of losing out until I was referred to Home Data Experts by a friend. The report was so easy to understand and the research behind my specific property was so clearly presented it gave me the confidence to press ahead and I couldn’t be happier!

Worth every penny when it helped me save £££!
Putting an offer in on a house can be daunting when you are unsure if you are getting good value (especially in this current market!). I came across this service and thought I’d give it a go. The report from the Home Data Experts provided me with confidence and credibility in my offer based on the condition of the house. The report was super simple, helpful and easy to follow. Most of all, by only paying £39, I saved even more and offered 10% less based on this data and it was accepted by the seller. I was over the moon! It’s nice to know that while I bought with my heart, I could apply some logic and data to my offer. This report was worth every penny!
