Fantastic customer service
My computer stopped working and I asked Neil to fix it. He came back with a free diagnosis very quickly and free of charge. The charger was broken which meant that the computer could well be a right off. He gave me a contact number of a specialist in this field. He let me keep my computer at his premises for a few days while I decided what to do next. He spoke to the contact giving him details of the problem too. Neil provided great customer service. Nothing was too much trouble.
