Order seems to be lost or their supplier doesn't actually have the item in stock despite Homebase saying they had 5 in stock. No way to telephone their offices everything through email and a 2 day turnaround on replies. They do seem to have stopped responding now.

I will give them until the end of next week and will call my CC company and get a refund.

If you want to stay in business today you have to commit to your delivery dates. No use waiting to the slow boat from China, you must be able to supply from stock.

Made a click and collect order they say 1 hour but 3 hours later nothing . I got onto live chat first chap called kevin said he was transferring me to the wilko team then after giving all the info they said they were transferring me back to homebase team then margaret said she to wait for email she was closing chat and not to hesitate to call back . Why I got no help the first time OMG

I have bought 2 dinner sets before Xmas, through click and collect in Santry because my store in Maynooth did not have it. It took me days to place an order online. I wanted to buy more products, but could not place an order. I had to ring Santry few times. Only the guy from click and collect was able to help me. He explained, they did not have the products in stock although they were visible online so I was not able to finish purchasing. When I opened the boxes, the colour of the sets was different (lighter and darker) I wanted to exchange it for new sets, rang Santry again, they were not able to help. I waited after New Year and was trying to ring Santry but no luck. Finally one lady answered the phone this week and is trying to sort everything for me now. I bought the house quicker then 2 dinner sets. I will never buy anything at Range. I have just read in their T&C you can return/exchange the products to any Range but was told different

Bought a Powerbase lawnmower from Hombase in Santry. The lawnmower is faulty Shop has now closed down and after trying many avenues including Homebase in the UK and the Range (who seemed to have taken over some shops in the Republic of Ireland) they don't want to know. So firstly, I would avoid Homebase or the Range. I would only avoid the Range as they don't call you back. But I would 100% avoid Homebase as they don't honor the warranty on their products for those who purchased in Ireland and will also not respond. I would not recommend their Hombase Brand either as they seem to be of poor quality.

Went in to exchange a tin of paint for a different colour and I was treated like I committed a crime Northwood store santry the attitude of this woman who knows me was unbelievable screaming at me cos I'd no receipt .. haven't got a receipt cos it was bought months ago had this tin over so said I'd try I understand no receipt but I'm a regular and it's the attitude of this woman like there is a nice way to say it nobody like to be shouted at lucky no one else was around . usually I let things go .but on this occasion I really felt like what the hell was this ..this woman I believe know s my sister ... customer care needed ...there are nice staff in this store like the small woman who does the flowers she knows her stuff and Keith the caretaker guy Alli but this woman is so rude ..I really got a impression she did nt like me or what I was asking I'm mean the shop is closing down no need for this with a regular customer

Fantastic customer service today in the Waterford branch .. Exellent help from Patricia helping me choose my new kitchen sink and tap . Customer service like this will bring me back . I live in wexford but will definitely go back next time im refurbishing.

Me and my partner went to homebase in dumfries and this is a review of the time that we spent there buying paint which had to be mixed and annabella did ours and she was wonderful very polite and helpful and mixed our paint to perfection

Hi, I bought a heavy bookcase yesterday in Homebase Sligo and found the young sales assistant, Patrick, absolutely excellent. He was helpful, informative, friendly and just a decent young man. He insisted on doing all the lifting for me, and refused a tip. It's really nice to experience such respect and efficiency these days.

We recently bought a new kitchen at Homebase in Portlaoise. We had never done it before, so we were anxious not to make any mistakes. Fortunately, Marilou was very helpful and professional. She was very patient and understanding, and guided us through the whole process. Even leter, during the assembly, she was very helpful with some follow-up adjustments and helped us to solve some unexpected problems. Overall, the kitchen is of very good quality, looks amazing, and dealing with Marilou was pure pleasure.

My daughter and I called into Homebase in Letterkenny looking for paint for an old property that we are doing up we got great service from a young lad called Matthew he was very helpful even helped us take everything to the till and my car. Will definitely be going back great service.

We recently went to homebase letterkenny, co donegal ireland to buy a bbq. We were unsure of what we needed so called for help. Stephen guided us through the pros and cons of all the Bbqs. My wife and I noted afterwards we hadn't come across someone as helpful in years. He was amazing. We ended up spending over €1k.

We recently purchased a new kitchen from the Herne Bay store. We were helped by Nicola who came to our house to measure up and talked to us about our ideas. She then designed the kitchen and when we saw her design it was almost exactly what we had in mind. Very helpful and friendly lady who is very good at her job

Called in to Homebase item on computer in stock but was not actually in stock( or didn’t search?)staff wouldn’t contact other stores to see if in stock and anyway they didn’t transfer stock between stores. Helpful I don’t think.

Bought two hanging baskets from home base this year . Only £9 and both are stunning. Have been impressed by the way staff there look after the plants they sell. Homebase Cannock

I used Homebase in drogheda to purchase a new kitchen recently. I dealt with Ciaran &Ann who were absolutely brilliant. They made the full process so easy and were there to assist at any time during the
process.
I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new kitchen and I can't thank them enough for all the hard work that they done to ensure everything went to plan.

I recently have my new kitchen done by homebase Drogheda.Specail thanks to Ciaran and all the staff in the kitchen department and to Ken who fitted my kitchen.I cannot recommend them enogh.They are highly professional and very helpful and friendly to deal with.Although there were some issues with my counter tops and the wrong size of cabinet doors were sent out to me,but everything was dealt with and problem solved straigth away to the highest standard.Brilliant customer services.Thank you so much.
