I sent many email still haven't got a feedback.
In view of all the below comments I guess we are many to have been stolen from this company.
This sorry company got $69.88 out of me for some chair covers. I have been email them and Susan is the one responding. I order from them on 5/18/20, I have been emailing them 6/13/20-6/18/20 and the last email I sent was on 6/25/20 with no response. I check BBB and they have "F" rating. I have also file BBB report on them as well.

I also talked to Susan. I ordered May 25, 2020. It is now July 26, 2020 and no couch cover yet. Last email I received from them was a month ago.
Would give zero stars if I could. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM and please spread the word they changed their website to a completely new one!
I purchased a sofa cover in January. It’s July and I still have not received the item. Susan promises to update you when you write to complain. This is a scam company. The only reason I gave 1 star is because there isn’t a choice for 0.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST deserves ZERO stars! I ordered 2 couch covers and neither fit after I waited from April 14 to May 27! I get there was a pandemic and a preorder. I have called the number multiple times and left multiple emails to Susan at support, STILL NO RESPONSE! Now their website says “Opening Soon” and no way to contact besides the support email and now the phone number is not listed! I just want my dang money back! Never again will I order from this joke of a place!

My order was delayed due to the COVID-19 shutdown. Okay, no problem there. A service representative got in touch with me, and said that it would be delayed When I received the chair cover, I didn’t like it. I wrote to the company (twice) to find out how to return the cover. There is no information on the website or in the package that I received. Still no response. I would purchase anything from Home Barn again.
I had a feeling that these reviews were eventually going to pop up when I didn’t hear back on the status of my unreceived order, but was really hoping my purchase along with others was legit and that shipping was just delayed because of COVID. I ordered back on June 1, received 2 follow up advertising emails but never a confirmation email, and have contacted their customer support twice with the same automated response to one as noted in another review and no response to the other. Their website is now completely down and now this review site and an update from the Better Business Bureau is also posted that the “company” has not responded to a letter requesting they respond to a multitude of complaints. BEWARE, this is either a scam company or an incredibly unethical company.
Horrible. I ordered in February and still no covers. I requested a refund and Susan said on June 13 they would process my refund next week. Still no $119.98 refund on June 29.

They received 1 star because Zero stars was not an option. I purchased a sofa, loveseat and two pillow slip covers April 23 2020 and spent 69.xx. I reached out to Homebarn customer support several times since they don’t update you on the status or tell you that your order may be delayed. Every time I checked the status I was told two more weeks and to be patient. All I wanted was a more realistic update. Susan sent me a link to a page that said if you purchase in April, you will receive your product in May and so forth as a response to my status update request. Well here it is June 23, 2020 and my covers just arrived today. It is missing the biggest cover (sofa cover). It also has a ripped seam in the one they actually sent and red and blue paint smeared all on the back of the cover. The whole customer service experience from beginning to end was horrible and now they’re not even responding to my request to fix their mix up. I’m so furious and would strongly recommend anyone looking to buy from Homebarn to continue looking elsewhere. They are a complete joke!!!!!!!
Absolutely awful. I ordered some covers for my sofas on 26th April, I was advised I would receive them within 10 business days. It is now the 13th June and I have STILL NOT RECIEVED THEM. I have sent 3 emails to the company and have also raised a dispute via PayPal with the company sending 2 messages and I still have not heard back from them at all!. I spent £43.00 and have nothing in return. Highly disappointed.
I would give homebarns 0 stars, I placed an order and never received it today is june 8 2020 n iv reached out and received automated responses.I placed my order on may 11 2020 and still havnt received my order .i emailed several times and no response since May 28 .prior emails from them was about shipping delays due to covid and their in the process of moving to a new factory.I contacted my bank and they are investigating. my bank did refund me temporarily while they investigate.Buyer beware they are not good for business. I wish i had read the reviews prior to making the purchase that i never received .
I had the same experience as the previous two reviewers. The order was processed right away, and then did not ship for several weeks. As I was tracking the order with the number, it came up as untraceable. So, I contacted Home Barn, and they gave me the excuse that everything was delayed because of COVID-19. When the product finally came, the covers did not fit, and looked terrible. I have contacted the company three times requesting a return, and I cannot get a response. Upon looking for a way to review this company I came across the Better Business Bureau’s website. They have sent a certified letter to Home Barn, and have also not received a response. Buyer beware! DO NOT order from this company!
I placed my order over a month ago. I did receive a confirmation that my order was received. Obviously the money was taken out of my account immediately. I had to email them asking for my confirmation and tracking number because they didn't send one too me. Then After a few weeks of seeing that DHL or USPS had not received my package even though they "claimed" it had already left their facility I emailed them back, and was told emailed back "Hello ......,

This is B**S***... Because I have placed several orders from several places within the last two months and have received every single one of them. And if my delivery was going to be delayed I was informed before hand, they did not wait for me to reach out to them first. They should have delayed taking my money ....
I ordered a great priced item and received a confirmation, also received a shipping confirmation a few days later with tracking number. After a month the tracking number still showed awaiting product from shipper. I contacted company via their support and after a week received a response that item was not avail and would ship soon. When I asked to cancel order they responded that item had just shipped And could not cancel order. After 2 more weeks received another email saying sorry for not responding but my message was caught in spam and they were having delays with product due to corona. Can’t believe anything they say
