Took ages to arrive , was really expensive. Looked good in advert but when it eventually arrived it was a piece of junk

Please don’t use this company, they have no customer service, delay comms and do not honour the return policy.
The quality of goods is a joke.

Avoid. Wish I read reviews first. Ordered the Lego build a tree advent. Ordered 3 -4 weeks ago and has never arrived, no tracking and no answers to emails. Be very aware.

Doodleglow - arrived too late to return. Very poor quality for an extortionate price point. Sorry to say I feel completely ripped off! My advice - AVOID!

I ordered Build-a-Tree Christmas Countdown - Advent Calendar. It is advertised on their website as making a tree, ie you open a box each day with parts to the tree. Their website shows a video clip of making a tree and has reviews of people that have made the tree. YOU DO NOT get any parts for a tree, each box contains parts to make a small lego-like toy. This is also NOT official lego. I tried to take it up with the company who weren't interested until I took it up with paypal. They then said I could send it back for a refund - but it would cost almost as much as the item to return it to China under signed for delivery. Their goods come from CHINA - which is not mentioned on their website. Their T&C say that you can return for a refund within 14 days of purchase (not delivery) - the item took 3 weeks to get to me! Their T&C are not worth the paper they are written on as they say they can't be held responsible for their website being incorrect ie they are knowingly advertising items that customers will not receive. Please don't get involved with this Company at all, they are are waste of space, you will waste your money - I was deceived! I have given up with it, Im not prepared to pay postage to return it, in the hope I would get my refund, as I do not trust the company. I’ve now given the set to a neighbour for their children. I have reported the company to Trading Standards UK too

Product sent was not as advertised. Cheap alternative to advertised photograph.

The item descriptions are false, the photos and videos they do are fake. Quality is below poor. This company should be looked into by trading standards.

I purchased a family gingerbread house golf putt off for a Christmas game over the festive season.
It’s advertised as a fairly large gingerbread house, with more than one golf ball and a large putter looking like a candy game… it looks heaps of fun.
I paid over £63.34 and 10% off for two.

It’s SHOCKING. this is a piece of small board with a 30cm stick and a polystyrene candy cane that’s all broken, but not fit for purpose. This is for a 3 yr old!!!
This is either a product that’s come from SHEIN or been made as a joke.
Basically, they’ve taken over £63.34 from my bank and provided me with basically a cardboard cut out.
It’s absolutely appalling.
I will be seeking legal advice on this, if I do not get a refund.
I have taken photographs of the pictures advertised on their website and I have also taken photographs of the delivery and the product itself. Please do not buy!!!

I have just found a payment £32 from my account for a doodle art which I didn’t even buy !!!! Emailed to inform of this automated reply bank card blocked which I only just got due to other scammed payments…. Very frustrating online scams are a nightmare not looking like I get payment back either !!

Ordered an DoodleGlow which late found on Amazon half the price. Still within the cancel period asked to cancel order yet still took money. Have yet to receive the goods. Shocking company with the worst customer service. They simply ignore emails

This is 100% a scam company with multiple names on Amazon too. Do not buy any products from this company. They have broken links in their Contact Us & don’t respond. 100% scam

Avoid this company. Poor quality over priced product. They also failed to deliver an important piece of the order.

Homeanoak are a dropshipping company. Product from China, 45€. Found the same product at Temu for 9€. So big scam!

Join with the other remarks. 14-day return policy with no customer service to help with the return. Terrible customer service!

I cant believe they actually getting away with this selling counterfeit products. Paid a fortune for two puppet brawlers...they were absolute rubbish...darning needles for swords...what!?...whole lot of false adverts on google!!,,,how do they do this...paypal even let me down...this crowd is evil...£50 out of pocket and they still scamming the crowd..

I ordered the Balloon Brawlers game as a Christmas gift. It took over 2 weeks to arrive and was faulty on receipt (holes drilled in wrong places for attaching the figures arms). I sent photos to the company showing the item was clearly faulty. They insist on the product being returned, at my cost (£16.65) in order to receive a full refund. Or, I could keep the item and get a 20% refund!! The return address for this company is: Pets, Home, Gift, 5th Floor Building, 8 Zhengzhong Industrial Zone, Fuhai Street, Tangxin Road - Bao'an District, Shenzhen GuangDong 518100,, GB, TW91EH. All replies are in broken english, going round in circles. I took my complaint to Paypal who have today advised me that hooray - the company has agreed to refund me IF I RETURN THE ITEM TO THEM AT MY EXPENSE.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - clearly sending out faulty goods knowing that it is not worth the customer returning them - BEWARE!!!

Utterly useless. No words.
