Really bad experience, won't buy again from them for sure

We ordered several pieces of furniture from them (bed, kitchen table, chest of drawers for the livingroom) and had issues with almost all pieces.
- The wooden table came with damages on the legs and scratches on the wood, likely a return from another person that was just re-sold and not inspected, and there were missing screws that we had to buy ourselves.
- The bed had missing pieces that were pretty crucial and took sometime to find them at local stores, eventually we got them online. Overall cheap quality of the assembled pieces and we had issues with screws breaking while mounting
- The chest of drawers were of really poor quality, they don't lie flat so all the drawers look asymmetrical and do not close well

Overall the costumer service is very poor, we have been trying to agree on a refund with them, given all the issues we had (and all the pictures as proof attached), but they are very slow at responding (you can only contact by email, they don't even have a costumer service phone number) and every time it seems a different person replies, so we have to start over with the explanation of the issues.

We won't buy again from them, and certainly do not recommend this company.

Don't order from Home24 Belgium

Ordered a sofa from Home24 and reached out 5 times in advance to the customer support to check that it could be dismantled so that it could get into my apartment and that they would carry it up to the third floor. The support told me that it would be delivered disassembled and that the delivery guys would carry it the third floor.

The sofa arrived after a delay of several weeks vs indicated time and the delivery guys refused to carry it up the stairs. It was also delivered in one piece so impossible to get through my door.

Now the return process is very arduous and slow - sofa had to stand in the entrance for a week before it could be picked up and despite being picked up, nothing is happening in the return process.

Used to like Home24 and ordered several things before, but now I will never touch it again. Maybe a Belgian problem, but seems severely mismanaged and unprofessional.

Very very bad quality products

Lots of variety of products.
Unfortunately all these products are of very very cheap quality.
I have bought chairs, dining table, wardrobe, coffee table and dining sofa.
The quality of everything is very pathetic. I bought goods worth Euros 2300 and your customer service refunded me Euros 300. This customer service does not help if your products are not good.
Sorry to say, I will not buy anything from Home24 in the future and will not recommend it to anyone.
Yes after the first 3 I decided not to report any further. It is useless. I could have got another 300-400 refunded but my point never got communicated. Home24 needs to understand that the quality of the product is bad and refund is not the solution.
So don't cover yourself by saying 9 products and 3 damaged and refunded.

I would not hesitate to order from Home24 again

I was hesitant at first about ordering but saw that Home24 had good reviews so I took a deep breath and ordered a five-panel room screen. It just arrived today - about a week earlier than scheduled. And it's one of the most beautiful things I've ever seen. Better than the photos! The delivery company kept me well-informed of the time slot for delivery, and the man brought the package right into my apartment. I would not hesitate to order from Home24 again.

No respect for customer's schedule

I took the day off to get my delivery, I wantes for nothing. Not a news from them and no apologize when they finally called me to ask for another day like that's all we have to do.

Last time with these amateurs.

Btw: barely speak english or french at the phone.
