The level of help is horrible
The level of help is horrible. No phone interaction. We used to be able to use Chat. But I have gotten no help through that. The service of Sophos has gone to hell!

A possible Trojan Horse on my Mac
A possible Trojan Horse on my Mac turned out to be a false alarm. It was cleared by a full scan by the Sophos app. I have come to really trust it.

BEST IN CLASS!
Been using for over 5yrs now, started with the Home version after my Agency adopted it for use. Has exceeded all expectations and surpassed previous uses of Norton & McAfee.

I never know is Sophos is working or…
I never know is Sophos is working or not and that's what bothers me. Says my device is susceptible but is not specific enough for me to do anything about it. I want a notification that my device has or is being scanned. I want a history of it when it is scanned. Having this notification pop up or sent to my email would make it a 5 star review.

WE have been using Sophos for years
WE have been using Sophos for years. This program seems to be the real deal, as far as protecting computers from being hacked. We have never had a problem with it. It seems to work seamlessly behind the scenes, finds and flags anything malicious, and notifies you immediately what threats there are. It is a valuable tool to have.
