Money fully refunded and order cancelled but no explanation given
Money fully refunded, but no explanation as to why money refunded or reason/apology given as to what I can only assume was the order being cancelled!!! An email stating the money had been refunded was the only communication received. On the plus side, money fully refunded promptly.

I was sent the wrong item
I was sent the wrong item. I have been in touch with them twice but I still haven’t received the correct item.
Edit - Holywood have since been in touch as a response to my review and are sending out the correct item.

Not a happy experience
UPDATE
Eventually received a reply, after sending four emails, and received a refund for the missing order.
I placed an order on 16th April 2023 and received a post office tracking number. The tracking number is showing my order was delivered on 20th April but I only received one packet containing half my order. Despite emailing Holywood Stores on 20th, 22nd and 25th April I have not had a reply about the rest of my order. Very poor service and I am now out of pocket.
