I've ordered samples for my clothing brand in sepetember 2024. Till this day haven't recieved any info/package.
This is dropshipping guys. They are sellin with higher price stuff from tapstich. I recommend everyone to go there and buy some stuff coz they are actuall shipping orders :)

I ordered in August 2024. $500 no news so far. They said that late orders would be sent in January 2025 ... no news
A piece of advice, never trust them. There are many other suppliers

don't buy, I placed an order in September 2024 and I'm still waiting, no response on IG, and by email the only thing they know is to say "sorry we are overwhelmed".

If I could rate this a zero star I would. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Absolute scammers!
Charlotte was more than happy to reply to all dms and take payment and provide us a timeframe for delivery. But once this time passes no dms or emails are answered. We are £461.25 out of pocket!!

We tried to work with holy supply as a partner. The reached out to us to use our software tool in January 2024.

After having endless conversations we finally agreed to work together in April. Then the initial payment was due and the hiding and excuses started.

It took 4 more months for me to finally pull the plug.
If you only have excuses and promises to sell nobody will trust you and you destroy your reputation for a very long time. I hope the founder learns a lesson.

after some troubles previously. received my garment within the specified time frame. quality can’t be denied either. thanks guys

I ordered once last year and they sent everything after a month. Since there all good. Then I ordered again this june, after two days they close the shop because of too many orders. Ok. They re open in october, I think “ok, since they re opened they should ship my pack in these weeks”. But nothing, I sent them emails, DMs asking for my pack but nothing, later I started asking for refund but nothing, I comment on their instagram sayin that it’s been 5 months and nothing has been shippend and I want a refund and they just cancel my comment. They have time for that but not to answer. A couple of days and I’ll report it because I want my money back.

Posted an order in April , still waiting on it, ignored any correspondence until I commented on 1 of their recent posts on Instagram. Told me they would get it sorted. Well over a month and still nothing.All the makings of a scammer. Shop elsewhere.

Took forever to dispatch, customer service is very poor on email aswell as socials. Offered me a refund of which I accepted to take , then ignored me and finally dispatched the garment even after I said I didn’t want it. So now I have to wait for it to show up just to send back for my refund.

I have never written a review so this shows how annoyed I actually am, I feel compelled to share my experience after waiting since March 25, 2024, for my order (#HS1400). My last communication was with someone named Charlotte on April 11, 2024, who mentioned a warehouse move causing delays.

Since then, I have sent six emails seeking updates on my order. I am extremely frustrated and simply want a full refund of the £234.00 I spent. After seven months, I still have neither my items nor my refund—it’s unacceptable.

To add insult to injury, I continue to receive weekly emails about new products, while my backlog remains unaddressed. It would be more helpful if they prioritized fulfilling existing orders and responding to customer inquiries.

The customer service has been terrible—0/10 stars. If I receive a reply on this review stating “we have refunded you,” I will doubt its sincerity to be honest as contact has been SO poor. All I want is some form of contact and a full refund as soon as possible it’s actually ridiculous.

I’ve emailed, Instagram DM’d and also tried to contact through their contact number.

I’ve had an order #HS1395 from the 15th of March 2024 it’s now September 2024

They never said about a warehouse move when I ordered. They told me after countless emails and DMs (which they barely reply to) that my order will be shipped at the end of July. Ok great.

It doesn’t come so I message again and they say end of August. It didn’t come

We are now in September and they’re just holding my money it’s been that long that I just want my order awful business can’t pack a tracksuit in a bag and put a label on it.

You’d think they’d employ more people to process the initial demand but no it’s just a big scam. I hope they’re getting some interest on my money.

I don’t want a refund at this point just my order, it’s not that difficult.

As stated in their reply they have refunded me but said they’d ship out the items which they still have not done. Also they have blocked me on Instagram so I can not message them anyway seeming like a scam still.

Will I get my order?

I bought something and also paid for tracked shipping over two months ago… have received no contact at all other than automated emails despite emailing multiple times and DMing them on Instagram asking for a refund. Just really want my money back at this point :(

Awful experience. Was told multiple times my items would be shipped but after 6 months i asked for a refund on my order. They cancelled the order via email but have not processed a refund. They do not reply to you via email, you will be waiting months for an order that won't show up. The excuses are awful and would never recommend

Not really sure where to start with this. I have been in contact via email since January 2024, all I ever got was sorry to busy or some other reason they can’t help right now and has always pushed back the dates they can support me. I still agreed to get some garments crated in March 2024 as I believed they would be decent, however since I agreed to get some garments made and sent them money it has been excuse after excuse. Warehouse move to factory move to cash flow issues. It is never ending. I requested a refund week commencing 20th of May 2024 as they are taking to long they agreed to refund me but it has been 4.5 weeks later and I have heard nothing from the business. I have sent a few follow up emails and no response to any of them. All I want is a refund that they agreed. It seems like they over worked themselves to the point they took on so many projects and can’t deliver them on time, it is a shame because the quality of the products look good.

I would not bother going to Holy Supply for anything, they will only come back with excuses but will be willing to take your money pretty fast. I doubt I’ll ever get my money back from them, but I will keep trying.

Good Quality

Ordered 17th April and we are on the 28th May. No response on email or Instagram. Did I get scammed?

Not sure if you can class them as a company might as well be a charity, with the 120 day delivery time (if your lucky).
