We lost 10E because of wrong communication
We bought holyo code for 10E because on card was printed Playstation symbol. Bu we couldnt buy 10E PS card for Croatian store.
We thaught that we coud directly use this code on PS store.
On google we saw that we could buy PS Card for another market and we bought 10E card for France market. It didnt work on our PS so we lost 10E because it was not clear communicated that we cant use this code directly on PS store

we totally understand your disappointed regarding purchasing the wrong code for your country Croatia. It is with our FAQ for Playstation (https://holyo.reamaze.com/kb/partner-codes/help-with-playstation) and the T&Cs at Playstation that you only could use Playstation codes for Croatia for a Croatian account.
So, we really understand your disappointment while choosing the wrong code after checking on google whether this is possible.
I'm really sorry for this bad experience with buying a wrong code.

we can't refund you because of a faulty purchase of a product. In the shop it is clearly described that you only could buy Minecraft Mincoins. Which obviously is not the game Minecraft.
Due to our Terms & Conditions it is not possible to refund delivered digital codes.

Awful experience
I bought some cards with my friend at the mall and then went home to redeem them. After that we waited and waited a few hours for the codes to come in but nothing and we tought we got scammed after we looked and the site and it said the codes would arive in a few minutes not hours . Days go by and the codes do not work . Please do not buy from these guys they just waste your money and not answer any emails or calls!!!

It used to be good, but now it's almost unusable
About one year ago it worked fine, I would get my codes delivered in a few seconds, but now it takes to long. I had to wait around 5 days for an order to be completed. Also, because I didn't know why it took so long for the code to arrive, I wrote to support. In the past it took a few hours for an answer, but now I never heard anything from them
