I ordered a Flitfilter for my sink on December 3, 2023. They say it will be DELIVERED in 5-6 days. Today is Dec 11th and I sent a request on Dec 10th to PayPal to cancel my order. I received an email today from Holuvo with my tracking number. It says they have "created the label" but it does not say that anything has been shipped!? Nine days later and from what I see it hasn't been shipped yet.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I never received the items I purchased and practically haven't gotten a response. They just told me to check the tracking but the tracking has been driving in circles for weeks now, it's been about 2 months. Asked for a refund and still no response! Don't waste your time nor your money here!

Don't buy ANYTHING from this CROOKED company, if you want a return or refund they REFUSE!!! I THREW THE ITEM I BOUGHT IN THE GARBAGE.

Do not buy these replacement sink stoppers. They do not fit any sinks! Contacted company Holuvo immediately after receiving and they would not offer any return though their online policy says 14days.

Don’t bother buying this , it’s no use when they don’t provide the attachment to use the tool . Return policy says 14 days BUT the item has to be damaged to return it , they will ONLY replace it and no refund . Customer service is awful . No number to call just email communication.

I received the items I purchased good quality, but didn't fit the way it was promoted. I emailed about a possible refund. They said the item is perfect and this is how it fits for these dimensions. I sent pictures showing my area is in the advertised specifications. They responded that I was wrong and they were legally correct. So buyer beware their customer service is beyond bad. The third response was we don't give refunds on bulk or promotional items. I found Amazon has the same item and cheaper. Don't waste your time, energy or money on Holuvo

I agree with others who have shared their thoughts on this company. Don't be fooled...they do not offer a return policy. Additionally, their product does not match the dimensions they advertise for a standard sink size. This company is a fraud.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. As others have stated below, they will not honor their refund policy. I've emailed back and forth 4x (each time receiving the same canned responses that others have listed). It isn't until their last email that they state they cannot offer the refund because these were a limited time/sale product. That's BS. I would have never purchased anything that didn't have a guaranteed return policy. All of the reviews about the product that I read (on their website, of course) were all positive. I should know better. I'm going to try to dispute the charge with my CC company since I purchased many of these for the 5 bathrooms/tubs in our house. That's over $100. Ridiculous!

We ordered and paid for 3 drain stoppers and only received 2. The item we received was too big to fit in our drains even though are drains are well within the size range specified for the product. The width is larger than the dimensions they provided for the item. They keep disputing this with us even though we've sent pics that clearly indicate they're wrong. They refuse to give us a refund and will not acknowledge that we didn't receive one of the items ordered. The kicker with all this is my wife could've purchased this same product elsewhere for a fraction of the price. Live and learn! SHAME ON YOU HOLUVO USA!!!!

After reading the reviews on drain stoppers, I have nothing to add. I’m getting the same runaround. Their return policy is non existent. No refund, no return. Same problem as everyone else. The drain stoppers don’t fit. My advice, check Amazon before buying from off the wall companies like this one. I didn’t take my own advice. With any luck, they’ll be out of business soon.

Buyers Beware…if your sink filter doesn’t fit your tub, their return policy is terrible & misleading. “Satisfaction Guarantee” is very deceiving! They finally told me I could return the item if I paid for postage & $13-$14 return fee. So much for their false claim that if you don’t love the item, you’ll get an easy, stress free return!

I’ve had many email exchanges with the Holuvo Team about their return policy. Pretty much the same story others got (free delivered sale item, you have old plumbing, and other bogus claims). I have an email from them stating their product will fit a sink hole as small as 1”, but the diameter of their product is larger than 1”.

The item I purchased cost $18.99. Today I received this messsge:
“You have decided to return your purchase, and we will respect your choice. To return your package, you must pay a mandatory fee of $10.99. Then we will provide you a compensation voucher for the full price of the original order. We are unable to refund any money to your account since you purchased a free delivered sale”.
How has this company come to be a “Verified PINTEREST Seller”?
Update: I’ve since told them that I still want to return the item & to send me their address. They responded with an increase for the return fee & said there would be a 1 month delay as their factory burned down. It seems they can ship but not receive.

Did not honor the return policy after the item did not fit the sink drain. I purchased two drain plugs for my sons sinks- the company said the size was universal. the drains did not fit and I wrote to them within the 14 day refund policy. The company stated that "all dimensions for the drain plug were given". Yes, the picture was on the site, but when the company said they were universal, I believed they would fit. The third time I wrote to them the said that I purchased them on sale therefore I could not return them. Horrible customer service-

Don’t waste your money. Read reviews first! Company refuses to take my return and claims they don’t under reason for request for refund. Sent pics showing drain in my sink same as average and what they advertised as average with measuring tape in the picture. Showed stopper not fitting and they claim they don’t understand why I want a refund. What a scam!

Same as all of the other reviews! Website says universal fit and easy 14 day returns. The product did not fit my sink and the company is refusing to allow me to return the product. I will be submitting this issue to the secretary of state where I live (Indiana). This company needs to be shut down. DO NOT BUY! Wish I would have checked the reviews before I did - but the website said easy returns :(

When am I gonna learn..read the reviews FIRST before you buy. I spent $45 and the stopper don’t fit🤬

The item I ordered did not fit in my older appliances. The company refused to refund my money, claiming their product fits all types of sinks/tubs. Very very poor customer service. Refund clearly states 14 day return policy. Ha what a joke!!! Never order from them again!!! Only out to make money!!! Awful awful customer service. Would NEVER recommend this company

What a scam. It is not a Universal fit. This company is a big scam. They will NOT take a return! I have asked repeatedly for a return address and my refund and they will not give it to me. DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!

Don’t buy it!! It’s a total scam!!!!!! If this could be negative 5 stars, thats my rating. These people are rip off artists and the dimensions of the product are completely inaccurate and the material is poor quality. After asking politely for a refund the first time because of the no fit, and the second time even sending photos and measurements back after asking to refund my purchase again, was met with a big NO! You’ve been warned. They are instagram scammers maximum.

If I could choose a zero that would be more like it. Horrible product for value for price paid. Horrible customer service! Stay away!!!!
