I cancelled a reservation for a property in Madrid with this company via booking.com
I cancelled on the 3rd of Aug.; and up tp today (44 days since) I received no refund. After many messages sent to Holplace, I contacted booking.com and they contacted Holplace and finally they received an answer: Holplace would process my refund within 30 working days (6 weeks): that is I may expect a refund 85 ish days after cancellation. The customer service of booking.com is almost useless. I spent hours contacting Booking.com and Holplace writing messages and gathering payment proves etc
