They steal your money then act like you made a mistake. Keep saying they will check your account but nothing changes.

Hollywood bets doesn't deserve even that one star i tried to call their service center it's poor and i inserted a voucher and now i can't even play while I saw that the voucher went through. I prefer u not going there coz it's too toxic and u only win when u still new after that it's throwing money with hope.

Dealing with hollywoodbets customer service is the most daunting process. My fiancée has been in branch, called the contact Centre multiple times (weekly) and emailed his query but the responses are not helpful, or informative. They don't even read your email properly, they just respond with answers not even related to your complaint. We have been waiting over 30 Days for our withdrawal, request was made on the 27th to 28th July 2024 and it is still pending, yet all the required FICA information has been supplied timeously. Really pathetic service

Hollywood bets is a scam for the past 3 consecutive days they have been labeling my winning tickets losing avoiding to pay May what amounts to R15k in total all in the name I'm using wrong websites for results I tried same numbers same games on a different betting platform(deplicated) guess what I got paid for the same draw and numbers that Hollywood bets claim they are losing.

I bought a Blue voucher for R100 on the 22nd of July and when i tried to load it i received an error message and my voucher didn't load. I contacted Hollywoodbets via live chat and that wasn't very helpful. I don't even know how much airtime i used trying to get my voucher replaced/credited. Hollywoodbets customer service is the worst and they cant even keep to their own turnaround time. I had to keep calling them and everytime they gave me a different excuse as to why they not getting back to me. Now they are telling me the voucher was redeemed, if i want to know by who i must get a case number like really how is that going to help me... They must investigate how it happened and it didn't work. As of this weekend i am changing over to Betway

Hollywood are only worried about taking your money so they can sponsor and make 100s of advertisements for TV. We play to get the features and when you get them they Payless than your bet, what a bunch of crooks, if you want to enjoy your playtime try one of the others or go to the casino, there you won't feel like you've been screwed!!

I played today and for some reason I deposited and played on live bj.. I placed my bet of R40 and got a notification that there was a technical error.. My money was not returned. Customer service is so bad they do not even attempt to assist you
