These socks are supportive and warm, just what I needed.

First off the add clearly read buy 1 get second pair free .
I only received one pair for $54 then we ended up getting very intimate emailing every week.
So i got sandbagged again to buy another pair and get 2 free .
Then no product for months I contacted MasterCard to stop payment and they told me to reach out one more time and try to resolve it . I did and thought i was all set until no product and the intimacy started, weekly .
Hollow ended up crediting the 2 nd transaction because they had no product or at least never sent it . Hollow told me to keep the original pair and would credit the first transaction as well . I didn’t want to owe them and was going to send them back , they even sent a prepaid UPS label . I have them all packaged in original packaging ready to go but holding until my card is credited again . looks like it isn’t happening but I’m waiting and giving the benefit to comment that they are good people with supply chain issues .

I ordered 6 pairs during a 4th of July sale, falling for the hype advertisement. I kept 2 pairs of crew socks for myself and gave the others as gifts. I did not use my socks until a 35 day camping trip in September and October of 2024. They were not the only socks I wore. I did not wear them again until a 12 day camping trip in September and October 2025. Again, they were not the only socks I wore. The heels wore see-through thin after this minimal amount of wear. These are clearly not as advertised, the "toughest, warmest and best Alpaca socks in the world." The performance of these socks is so disappointing, especially since I also gave them as "high quality" gifts. Since it was past 90 days, they refused to refund my order. They offered me a measly 10% discount to reorder.

These socks definitely keep your feet warm. I was in 10 degree weather but my feet were warm. Buy them as they are a good product.

The wool compression socks are great. They are soft, comfortable and do the job.

I ordered the hollow sock on December 14, 2025. I did not receive the hollow socks until March 27, 2026. No communications were received after the confirmation email. I figured I had been scammed and ripped off.

My husband loves the socks but disappointed they wear holes in them too quickly.
I appreciated your reply and that you are working on the durability issue, good customer service!

I'll start by saying I bought 6 pairs of Hollow Socks during their Black Friday. I thought I was getting a great deal (buy 3 get 3 free), but after my purchase the socks are basically always on sale and heavily discounted like this. It's a marketing gimmick to get you to buy.
That being said, the socks have a 99-day warranty. I just noticed the heel wearing through on one of the pairs of socks. I'm probably 20 days over the warranty period.
I reached out to Hollow to tell them about my socks and the reply I got was that I was outside the 99-day warranty so they would not refund me or replace them. I was honestly surprised to hear this as I wasn't aware of the 99-day warranty, but assumed a premium sock company would stand behind their product, especially because they boast they are "American made."
I am an outdoorsman and thought these socks would be a good fit for my lifestyle, but I sure was wrong. From my experience with Hollow Socks I would wear them to bed, but that's about it. I'm sure they have great durability if you don't walk in them. But who wears socks to bed?
It's unacceptable to purchase a $20+ pair of socks that only lasts 4 months. My socks from Walmart cost a fraction of the price and last much longer.
The laughable part of my interaction with Hollow is that they offered me a 10% discount on future purchases. Why on earth do they think I would buy more socks from them after this experience? I will absolutely not be a returning customer.
It's a real shame that Hollow won't stand behind their product, but I wouldn't either if I was marketing my socks as a premium product and they weren't.

I was hesitant to spend that much for socks. Decided to give them a try.
In SC you have frost in morning and hot after lunch, playing golf it’s hrs to decide what to wear.
The socks work good for this change in temperatures.
Only problem I encountered was one decided to run away after first wash which washer ate it or just hiding.
Hope it comes home soon.

Compression Socks are great, I have them for awhile now and they do tend to slide down a bit after a long day. So easy to pull back up and keep the compressions going on my legs and feet. I will keep them going as long as I can!

I really love hollow socks. My real only problem is they are pretty pricey and don't last very long for the price. I will say they last longer then cheaper socks in my experience. I've bought them several times and if money allowed I would continue to buy. I don't try to be cheap when it comes to my feet especially since I work long hours.

I am very pleased with my Hollow Socks experience. I've been wearing 20-30mm compression socks for 5 years. The material of my previous socks is Merino wool, but I was looking for a change as my feet tend to be cold. Alpaca wool has much improved my experience!
The buying experience was seamless, efficient, and delivery was as expected. I ordered 6 pair, and will definitely consider purchasing more as needed depending upon the durability of mt Hollows.

Great product, but I had a sizing problem. Customer service was excellent all the way thru. Refund is on the way. Nice folks to deal with.

I had to return the socks because they were too small. I hope the larger size, an XL or L will be shipped asap. I’ll let you know when I actually get to wear them.
