Holloway Bond, owned and managed by a team of expert advisors recently helped me with a complex case pertaining to commercial property rates.
The case included a great deal of unravelling historic files whilst applying very finite knowledge and practise to ascertain my position as a business.
This concluded that I had been taxed incorrectly over many years prior, and would have continued to be so going forward. My position is now clarified with the government and local authorities, and not only have I received a substantial return of monies, I will also not be liable for incorrect taxation further.
Throughout this entire process, the team translated complex governance into simple terms for me. I was kept regularly informed with exemplary communication.
A real, true lesson that sometimes it's good to trust people when they say 'leave it to us, we'll sort it'.
