Be very cautious if you decide to purchase items from “Hollins Manchester”. The website is very similar in style to the Celtyn.com and Williams London on-line sites, and a number of other similar clothing web stores. They all have almost identical stories, “final clearance” sales, and so called trading history.
We ordered two dresses from a company with a very similar trading style to “Hollins Manchester” and they turned out to be made in China, of very poor quality, with no sewn-in care instructions or manufacturers labels. We wanted to return the dresses for a full refund, but they would only offer a 40 % refund….
Hollins Manchester, as a physical shop, has never existed and all photos on the website are computer generated. Further, all the 5* reviews are fake; they don’t link back to any customer survey web sites
