This so-called 'shop' is an absolute disgrace. They managed to screw up my order from start to finish. First, they couldn’t even get my address right, which led to my package being lost in transit—somewhere in DHL limbo. When I pointed out their mistake, they gave me the runaround for weeks, trying to weasel out of their responsibilities with their complete ignorance of basic EU consumer laws.

Their customer service is an epic joke—if you can even call it that. These amateurs can’t even string a proper sentence together in English, yet they have the audacity to pretend they’re running an international business. I’ve dealt with lazy, incompetent companies before, but this one takes the cake. No refund, no replacement, just excuses piled on excuses. They’ve wasted my time, stolen my money, and now think they can ghost me.

I finally had to file a chargeback to get my money back, and I couldn’t be happier to be done with these clowns. Save yourself the headache and avoid this sorry excuse of a shop like the plague. Their 'service' is an absolute nightmare. If you want to throw your money away and be treated like garbage, then go ahead, order from them—otherwise, steer clear. Total 5H1T SHOW from start to finish.

I pay 6.95 € for international shipping but need to pay 8,52 € for international return shipping!!! How is that fair? At least make return shipping have an equal price.

Holland bikes Shop is the baddest shop with the worsted customer service!!!!!
I have orderd a lock, a saddle and a grip for my bike then I wanted to return the saddle and the grip but the helpdesk from Holland bikes didn’t work so I send these things with dhl back to holland bikes then I called them many many times each time I was told to hold on while they are searching for it at the return department then these one employe Mr Joopi with whom i phoned every time told me that many return shipment got lost and my might be also in it and that they will check and let me know by sending me my Money back for the things that I sent back total normal online shopping behavior… but then the last call that I make another employee from holland bikes told me that my money will not be refunded because I didn’t use the Return Formular from Holland bikes helpdesk and that’s why they will not refund my money and that’s ripping of the Customer I sent the items on my own cost about 10 euro to sent it back I had the dhl tracking number wich I had send to Mr Joopi it took more than two months to get this completely criminal answer from this unsafe and unserious Company Holland Bikes Shop please to not order at this shop 🤮 🤬🤯

Once again with the support of trust pilot my problem got solved I will recieve my money and the saddle and gripp was found finally 🙏

we live in England and have to send the parts to our friends in europe for them to be posted back here.. time to change to a different bike manufacturer i guess.

Returned an item (I had to pay gor the return) and they just sent it back. I have never ever experienced such a bad service… the item was new, unopened. Very disappointing experience.

I ordered all spare parts I need at one place at reasonable price on week-end and had it all delivered within 2 days.

If this shop is not fraud, I’d be highly surprised. Ordered a saddle (web said in stock 3-4 days delivery) that supposedly was shipped next day, and the shop collected payment. However the order was never processed and 5 weeks later, still no delivery! The arrogant and uninformed heldesk gives bogus answers, however refuses to cancel the order and refund the money. Case will be now be treated as fraud though the bank. Find somewhere else to shop guys - this is fraudulent shop that doesn’t comply with basic EU consumer rights.

Quality of product and speed of shipping good, return and refund process takes long (4 weeks +), hotline service only in dutch language and customers get kicked out of line several times when trying to place issue in english language
