VERY sales driven
There’s been a distinct change in H&B over the years. Going from a simple health food type store to being on steroids to drive sales up!
As a result of the above all their ‘amazing offers’ are false. They vastly inflate prices and play around with offers each week to delude you into buying more than you intended believing you have a bargain. We all have a choice clearly, but this is really quite misleading and exploits the more vulnerable in a hard sales way.

Is so hard for them to deliver a good service. I worded two things and I was waiting for nothing to receive. The parcel, hard I was find was lost, after one weeks. Now I must to wait another one week to pick up my self from one of the store. I have and subscription from them, I will cancel and that too.

I was buying a coupe of regular products.One of the products I couldn't find a Product I only started using recently a very helpful assistant helped me.
I also availed of the members offer which offers a reduction on products. for the most part I find Holland and Barrett a very friendly and easy shop to shop in.
It well worth a browse in as there are always new products to see and try.

Holland and Barrett staff provide excellent help and professional advice…
Holland and Barrett staff provide excellent information to help with issues.
They know how vitamins work for example
I had a problem with itchy skin and the person i always speak with in Sevenoaks branch said have you tried tea tree soap it works
That was several years ago and regular use has stopped the itching
However, H&B have discontinued that soap and replaced it with a different type which is far inferior to the Doctor Organic Soap they previosly provided.
It leaves a sticky feel to the skin and for the first time I feel lost.
I have received such good service from H&B i want to remain loyal but i dont want to continue using the new
Brand.
I know i CAN obtain the DoctorOrganic soap from another well known retailer but i prefer H&B.
THE STAFF ARE BEING LET DOWN BY MANAGEMENT PENNY PINCHING

Worked out well..
I tried to order multiple times over several different days from the website but something kept going wrong at the final payment stage, I spoke to Customer Service who did offer advice but to no avail. I eventually downloaded the H&B app where everything went smoothly, I'm a bit annoyed at having to do this though. My order was spot on and didn't take that long to be delivered and I was very pleased with the offer I received in order to buy my chosen items.

Bought shampoo and got an allergic reaction to both it and conditioner. Acne lumps with a burning sensation on my back. It was expensive so in order not to waste I have had now to wash my hair over the bath.
Will not be buying again. Nettle in product - was the nettle sting ever removed? Feels like it wasn't
