Darren was excellant to deal with and very efficient.

Just returned last week from the 11 day tour of Vietnam. Amazing service, prompt replies to emails and any questions asked.
Tickets, transfer all went smooth.Hotels were great in good locations.
The guides , had 3 one for North Central and South all were knowledgable, helpful and went above. All tours were fantastic and informative, time for own plans with some evenings free and a free day.
All meals that were supplied were set meals ranging from 4 to 8 courses every one was perfect.
Would not hesitate to use again and also recommend to others.

When I have called to discuss my booking, I found the call staff condescending and bordering on rude.

Friend and I just returned from 6 day Adelaide trip. Everything was well organised and ran like clockwork from the included pickup to the airport return. Had a great time and the 4 star hotel B&B was excellent. All tours ran on time, the drivers were informative and helpful. I have troubled a lot in Australia and overseas and cannot more highly recommend this trip. The price also is amazing. Will certainly travel with them again.

It was relatively easy to book my cruise deal from overseas without any verbal contact with Holiday Max. It would have been perfect if I was in the same time zone and could’ve had a convenient. It just took a little longer buy very easy. The details I was given were excellent.

Vietnam 11 day Small Group holiday was the experience of a lifetime for me. Very well run package tour. Accommodation & food exceeded all expectation. Day tours unbelievably well organised. Tour leaders are knowledgeable, capable, courteous and fall over themselves to oblige & ensure customer satisfaction. The bus drivers & transfer vehicles drivers are amazing in the traffic of these incredibly busy cities. I am looking to book again with HolidayMax for a similar experience. Thank you so much !

Reviews are asked after booking which leads me to believe that this company’s star rating and trust score is inflated. Booking couldn’t be easier, the request for credit card details is on the same page simultaneously busied by countless other deals. This ease is reflected in these reviews, with much of them merely expressing excitement for holidays months away and not the actual holiday experience itself. Seeking reviews specifically for the booking process very sneakily hides true experiences of the holidays themselves. All of the 1 to 2 star reviews are the ones that actually discuss the holiday, not how easy it was to put credit card info into an online form.
