I am writing to formally complain about an unresolved refund for a service that your company failed to deliver.
We booked an event/tour through your company, but later discovered that the product we purchased was not available on the date we requested. Your sales representative assured us that the amount we paid — 220 EUR — would be refunded within 10 days.
However, despite several months having passed since July, we have still not received the refund. This delay is unacceptable, and we kindly request that the payment of 220 EUR be processed immediately.
