This travel agency is a complete scam—stay far away! I booked a flight and paid in full, only to be told days before my trip that my ticket was “no longer available.” They then demanded I pay more money for a new ticket, claiming there was no other option. This is outright theft, and they will steal your money without a second thought. Do not trust them under any circumstances! If you value your money, avoid this agency at all costs.

I am updating my review and rating for HolidayCart (Booking ID - HCUK9938). I initially booked a ticket and paid in full; however, the next day, I received a call informing me that the ticket price had increased by £600—almost double the original amount. Frustrated, I left a negative review here.

Customer service then discussed the issue, offering a new ticket with a slight date change and a smaller price increase of £187. I accepted this solution, as it resolved my problem. I’m pleased that the company responded well to my complaint, handled it professionally, and achieved a good service recovery. Overall, I am satisfied with the resolution and would consider booking with them again.

Exposed as a scam. Credit card company and bank blocking their attempts to take money. Action Fraud ( UK Govt. ) investigating them. This bogus company is close to being exposed. Don't trust them or give them money. Report them.

Holiday cart is not registered in the UK. They've registered under the name of EMEIA TRAVEL MART Ltd Company number 11576383. Address on their website is wrong and business is being operated from india. Ask your bank to issue you a refund as these are scammers. Directors are Indian nationals with residency in India.

Please do not buy any kind of tickets from this website they are scammers
They offer you cheap flights but when you pay them they don't send you the tickets and ask for more money.
All five stars are fake

Helpful and professional customer service

Ishika was very helpful and made things very smooth.

Scammers and fraud company. Never use them to book any flight. I booked the flights using their website and tickets were supposed to issue in 48 hours. But i got a call from them asking for £5k additional. When requested to cancel the booking they were very rude and said you are on waitlist and they can't cancel the booking.

These people are scammers, not a real company, taking advantage of people's needs in terms of finding plane tickets for flights.. once you get an order on their website they ask for more money, adding the prices up and up until it gets to a certain point.. and at the end no tickets are even there and your money is stolen.

Absolute terrible company. Scammers.
They offer you tickets that are not real.
Don't listen to anything they offer you, just open up a refund claim with your bank. They are human garbage.
I have all their personal names and will be taking legal action.

This is a fake travel company as others said in their reviews , the same said to me that my ticket is on waiting list and i have to pay more money to get it confirmed . the lady who was on the call was very rude and started shouting and hang up the call when i said i cant pay more for the ticket i booked . BECAREFUL WITH THIS FRAUD SITE .
