I knew I was taking a chance when I ordered from Holdtopic. All the reviews on their website look fake with photos of the shirts on the same table top in each of the different reviews. I didn’t even get a confirmation email for my purchase but of course my credit card was charged. I hoped for the best and eventually my order did come in the mail after a few weeks. I ordered a Black Death T-shirt in grey. But what I received was totally different than what the website is advertising. What I thought I was getting was a classic thicker cotton tshirt in a vintage grey wash but what I got was a thin stretchy women’s tshirt in a solid grey. Totally not what is pictured on the website. Super disappointed and would never have bought had I known what I was getting.

I was advertised these shirts over and over again on Facebook. I finally broke down and ordered from them, about a 100 dollar order. 13 hours later I was seriously hacked, had to sign up for anti hacking programs, cancel my credit cards, and change the passwords to dozens of websites with my stored credit card information. Luckily I had payed with PayPal so they didn’t directly have my credit card info. The items did come and were horrible quality, off center and melted in the wash. The hackers were able to get into my Costco account and ordered 400 dollars worth of speakers. I’m still getting spam to this day because they used my email to sign up for so many things. DO NOT BUY - SAVE YOURSELF THE HEARTACHE

Still waiting for my delivery over a month later, tracking numbers don't work, billed in US dollars despite being a UK website, the whole thing is scam central.

Extremely long shipping time. Emailed them the day I received the two shirts and requested label to return them (for being bad quality and ill fitting). They ignored my email. I went through PayPal and found a different email address for them. I sent a second email requesting a return label to the email provided by PayPal. They ignored that email as well. I opened a case through PayPal, and they finally responded saying they never received my first two emails due to a “technical issue.” They offered me a 60% refund or a 100% coupon. I replied asking for a label so I can return the shirts to them. I’m currently waiting on their response. This website is a bunch of malarkey and I would highly recommend you stay away from ordering from them They are clearly lying about their return policy and purposely ignoring emails being sent to them. Scam company for sure.

Scam site. Do not order from them. They sent me bad product and said they’d refund me. They ghosted me and have not sent me my refund or responded to my emails. Do not buy.

Strongly recommend you do not order from Hold Topic. Ordered a t-shirt which came in the wrong size and they refused to exchange despite requesting within 12 hours of receiving and them having an exchange policy. They suggested I place a new order. Do NOT order if you’re even slightly unsure about sizes.

Took over a week to despatch order - I have a feeling it only got despatched when it did because I saw some other reviews and started pestering them about it.

Shirts eventually did arrive, and they're a much, much lighter grey than on the website, and the prints are poorly applied and smaller than on the website. Not expecting them to survive many washes.

Disappointing and would definitely not recommend.

if i could give zero stars, i would. order about $120 worth of shirts that i was already expecting to be poor quality (but they were supposed to be cute/lazy/housework shirts) so i knew i wasn’t going to mind. the quality was even worse than i expected??? opened two of the shirts, decided on returning them. followed all the instructions within the timeframe and it took them 5 months to respond to the request AND THEN decided to only give me a 45% refund so i wouldn’t have to spend my money shipping to china and would “let me keep the shirts”…which i disposed of because no thanks??? come to find they only refunded me $18 cus the pictures i sent “only had 4 of the shirts pictured” (i had definitely sent multiple pictures with all shirts in package). $18 still isn’t 45% of the “$100 worth of shirts” in that photo. all in all, don’t waste your time nor money. it’s literally ridiculous.

I ordered 2 items, they delivered the wrong item at the last possible second of the month long delivery slot.

There was a £15 difference between what i ordered and what i recieved. I emailed for a refund of the difference and they wouldnt reply to my emails until I messaged again to say i read their return policy and knew they wouldnt take action without photographic proof and acknowledgment.

I wore the shirt once on a dry day, not washed yet and the design is already falling apart and worn at the edges.

Ordered a tshirt that took almost one month to be shipped, and I believe it was only shipped because I was pestering them via email. Tshirt eventually arrived, actual tshirt is lovely soft thick cotton but the print on it is cheap and feels horrible. Also, they delete all the comments from their social media from people warning how bad they are. Avoid!
