2 weeks ago I placed an order and other than the initial confirmation email…nothing. I have sent an email inquiry and left a voice message (as no one answers the phone) but no response whatsoever. At this stage it certainly looks like Ive lost my money. So disappointing as this was a birthday present for my grandson. Avoid this company.
