I rented a car at Newark Airport (Hertz) through Hola Car Rental at a really great price, with all insurance included. I later had issues with Hertz, but Hola Car Rental helped me quickly and professionally. Everything was resolved, and I got back the money that Hertz had incorrectly charged to my credit card.

Have to rent a car for my upcoming vacation in Florida. At first I just made reservations through a well known company, but then I browsed the net and found out that I could save a lot of money by searching and booking via Hola car rentals. So far the experience is the best!

Hola Car rentals can’t be faulted. The pricing for an Avis car rental was significantly lower than from the actual Avis rental site. At first I was honestly nervous about booking, but not issue could be found in the entire process.

If booking through Hola, ensure you take the confirmation paperwork with you to provide to the rental car company. Avis’ system didn’t register the additional driver but the confirmation email was used and they added the extra driver saving hundreds.

Toll refunds are swift and instructions can be given using the WhatsApp AI chat bot.

Amazing service amazing price but customer service is at another level. They listen and take your concerns and really do assist you. They were brilliant they were the best car hire company ever. Plus do not get fooled by the car hire desk as Hola have it all included.
