Having ordered my shoes online they didn’t fit so I phoned and very kindly instead of just an exchange I was met with a don’t worry Rachel..... I will meet you in Chester and exchange the shoes for a smaller size no problem at all, which we arrange to do in my local pub out of hours which was absolutely amazing.....❤️🧚🏻‍♀️❤️ x x x
