am I a perfectionist or... are we a mismatch. clearly stated my wishes in terms of what I want in combination with what my motorcycle (gem) already has in terms of options.. air ride (thunderbike), thundermax ecu custom handle bar (thunderbike), kosos dispelay, chigee aio-6 with obd, jw speaker adaptive, advanblack st fairing (all about the details) 21 inch front wheel (smt wheels) with custom front fender (thunderbike). I was wrongly advised.. that can happen, but the communication is really a drama here. they just don't respond... so my advice... spend a little more and it will be perfect... with someone else... I have a saddle and a rear fender that I have as a macave decoration... I'm not even going to do that
I ordered a headlight several days ago. I chose this one over a different brand because they were supposed to be better lighting. I’ve been trying to get a hold of them for a couple of days now via chat and phone but to no avail. I’m going to just go ahead and cancel my order now.
This weekend I was at the Daytona bike week. I saw a guy named Alex and he told me he was too busy to sell me stuff because I was not as important as other customers buying more expensive stuff and turned me away. This is the worst thing that a company can do.
I Bought the HW307033 1157 HALOMKER combo kit didn’t work for my 2014 Harley Switchback. I forgot about them for months and called to get a refund and was only offered store credit. No thank you! If your website isn’t accurate on models your products fit, and you won’t refund a un opened purchase you are not a trustworthy company.

I bought some lights and turning lights for my bike a time ago and was happy for the quality so I decided to buy some food pegs for my new bike. Came fairly on time but I noticed they were too long so I decided to return it and ask for an exchange. First they told me I had to pay for the return and that's ok. Not the best practice but I did. They received my return 4 days ago and never told me they did. I called and the customer service told me maybe they have it but they take a time to let me know and send the replacement, cause I wanted a short size. I haven't received not even an email saying they received them and I just want my money back and buy some others with a company that really care about those who support their business. Won't buy even a washer from this guys again. And this was not the first time I noticed a kind of not caring customer service. To me, they have probably the best quality ever but the customer service is far away from that criteria.
Bought a 4 point docking hardware kit. The plastic bushing broke within the first 6 months. I fixed it with some electrical tape to make it work until I got time to call Hogworkz. I finally remembered to call, gave the lady my order # so she could look up the order, she said no problem and that she would send me a replacement and an extra in case it ever happened again but to send an email with pics to confirm what I had. Then I get an email back stating that they would not send a replacement and I would have to buy the whole thing again for probably a $1 part. I was about to order a tour pack from them but now will order from AdvanBlack. I can't stand companies that don't stand behind their product.
I have bought several Items… lower fairing, tour pack and now I am ordering stretched bags all for my 2008 SG. I will say that the paint matched real close but not perfect the tour pack and lowers took about 1 month because I ordered three things to be painted it gets done a little sooner when you order more I am waiting for my bags so far only a week… look for my next review when I get them
Beware. Purchased the Illumina Sequential Tour Pack LIght for a 2024 HD Road Glide. Site says it fits. Reality - it throws error codes! They claim they are having a wiring harness update made to address the issue but I am told 2 more weeks each time I have called.
Note they are still advertising on the site that it works and are selling same even though they know there is a problem.
I'm thinking they are inviting a lawsuit.
I bought a halomaker headlight for my 2015 Slim. The website said it would fit without issue. Turns out this was not true. the headlight was not secure at all, very wobbly within the bucket. Customer service has limited hours on east coast so I used email. Their original response was to say it fit, then they said “just use a little rubber” to secure it (after several days of waiting for a response) When I asked about the the return policy, they said no since it was > 30 days (It was a christmas gift but I didn‘t install till spring). then they said they could go to 180 days, but CONVENIENTLY I got the email on day 181. I’m not joking - one of the worst customer service companies I have ever dealt with, misleading advertisement about fit, and an expectation for the customer to spend more time & money to make it fit despite paying $299. BTW - got a killer light direct from Harley for >$100 cheaper. Don’t waste your time (or money!)
Very talented marketing folks describing the seat as gel material and comfortable when in reality it is hard as a rock. On top of that the sissy bar was the hardest plastic you can imagine. Alright fine, let’s exchange them. Nope. You must pay for your returns plus a restocking fee. Even UPS couldn’t believe we were paying $100 to return something that was never used. Unbelievable.
I’ve bought a license plate relocation kit along with the 4 point docking system, locking quick release for the detachable tour pack kit, Lumipro saddle bag filler lights and Antenna relocation kits and the products were great, I did end up sending the antenna kit sent back because I decided to go with an inner fairing mounted antenna instead which I did not get from Hogworkz. But my experience has been great working and buying with them and shipping was prompt. Great company to work and buy from
Don't buy from these guys, they do not honor their word. Unless you know exactly what you are getting and that it will work for you, the sales rep I talked with could not provide tech details, but said if the part did not work, I could return it for full refund. Then when I needed to return it, his super said I must pay return shipping. This is not what initial rep said, so even if that was their mistake, they would not honor what was said
I purchased King Tour Pack and other addons for my bike from Hogworkz. The quality is execellent. The fitment is not an issue went right on without issue. Customer service is excellent in answering yoiur questions. Will purchase from them again.
