Shocking customer service

Ordered a light 26/02/26, nothing on the website to say it was out of stock. Waiting a week, called and got Nate, he gave the reason that there was no stock and he was short staffed. Advised me 2 weeks until stock would arrive. Been waiting ever since, no email replies, wont answer the phone either. This company has just stolen my money and given nothing in return. Do not reccommend using this business, better to go off eBay or at least use PayPal so your money is protected.

Just don’t bother

Just don’t bother. Happy to sell with a warranty that’s worth Jack Sh**e. Been waiting 8 months for a replacement unit and nothing but lies from Nate. Save you cash and buy a Chinese set. Sadly can’t leave a zero rating
