Undelivered item

Ordered a home gift as a birthday present. Did not receive it at all. Would not reply to email until I labelled it as urgent. After being assured it was still on its way, it did not arrive even after being told that it was sent the week before.
Finally I was told that they had no stock left and they were sending me a refund and when the new stock arrived, I would be sent the item as a goodwill gesture. Still waiting! This was ordered in February.

Order via the hoft-hem website not received

I Made on order on the hoft-hem website for some table ware.

Delivery was advised as within 5 working days in the website. After I had placed the order I received no communication regarding the delivery. The order status on the website just said 'Awaiting Fulfilment'

To follow up I sent a message via the websites contact page requesting more details and an estimated delivery date but I did not receive a reply.

Fortunately I paid with PayPal so I was able to raise a dispute and obtain a full refund from PayPal.

Be careful using this website. I can't say for sure but it might be a scam.
