I would avoid this company unless you want to age prematurely. Their liquid is ok, which is probably the only reason why I have persisted with this horrible company.
Out of 25 orders, maybe 4 were delivered on time and complete orders. For the rest, I've waited weeks to receive my order, some orders missing half the liquid or just never arriving at all.
Good luck getting any customer service without opening a PayPal dispute. To date, I have yet to receive any communication without opening a dispute. This has to be the worst company to deal with, I would not recommend at all.
Any company that outright ignores their customers, especially repeat customers that have spent a small fortune with, shouldn't be in business. You can only ride on the juice for so long.
So, for the last time, I've opened a PayPal dispute after sending two emails for an update on my order placed 2 weeks ago.
