DO NOT TRUST HOCOGIRL

I ordered a bridesmaids dress. It was not cheap. It looked nothing like the image and literally had an extra piece of material on it. Badly made. I asked for a refund. I was in hospital having baby and contacted them when I got out and saw it (7 days after receiving it in post) She said they wont refund as it was more than 5 days since receiving it. A 5 day refund policy when most are 30 days???? Also, should refund a badly made garment anyway!!
DO NOT BUY FROM HOCOGIRL!
