Responsive

Very responsive on my concern.sand the site recommended one that ticked all the boxes. Speaking with the service team helped me get exactly what I was looking for.

The only reason not to give 5 stars is the fact that I had to separately claim for the offered cash back deal, rather than it being automatic, and this info wasn't stated anywhere.

Be careful! Charge your card after cancellation

1. HobbyTiva is selling service that is misleading. I was buying a book reading service, they charged me once, and immediately new payment was created, so they tried to sell me 2 things.
2. After I refused second payment, went to site looking for support email
3. I sent an email with cancellation request on October, 22nd. Support didn't confirm.
4. On 25 Oct, I saw an email with updated status to Starter (after I have cancelled it)
5. Reached out again to live chat support. They confirmed the account was cancelled.
6. On 28 Oct. more money were taken from my card without knowing for what
7. Reported them to the bank as abuse. This required blocking of my bank card which is very inconvenient for me in this period of time.
8. Wrote second email, and reached out chat support
9. Requested refund + confirmation email for cancellation. I have take screenshot for whole conversation.
10. Finally the case was escalated to their manager who wrote me an email and asked me in case to refund me to write review on trustpilot rating them 4-5 stars!!!
11. Finally case was resolved and I saw full refund of latest payment.

Mis information to get money

Sorry but I got this link from Facebook.The advert was all about winning an iPhone from lulu supermarket.Only for me to find myself here being deducted money which was never part of participation.This is fraud and usage of information just to get money from people ..Am grateful though
