Meno non si può dare? Esperienza pessima

Se si potesse darei anche meno.
Fatto un ordine, confermato e tre giorni di silenzio.
Poi all'improvviso mi arriva l'annullamento e un rimborso, senza spiegazioni, senza scrivermi due righe per scusarsi senza nulla. Faccio acquisti online di continuo e non mi era mai successa una cosa del genere. Già che vendano un prodotto esaurito, con i sistemi di gestione dei magazzini informatizzati...ma che poi non si prendano nemmeno la briga di avvisarti, scusarsi o altro, lo trovo veramente pessimo: se non sei in grado di fare una cosa, fai altro. Esperienza pessima.
