Unwanted membership

I did not like the way I was led into signing in the membership, which I did not want. I realised, upon receiving the first charge of 7.5 Euros, that I Will have to regularly pay, every 8 or 10 days, for something I did not want.
On the other hand my experience with your customer service(Carmen) was good-reply to my complaint was quick, polite and efficient.
