I ordered two cross stitch kits

I ordered two cross stitch kits I hadn’t used this website before and wasn’t sure what to expect.
But I was very pleased with how quick the delivery was and how well packaged it was to.

I will be ordering from this website again !

Poor service ordered some wool sent…

Poor service ordered some wool sent ring colour had to email them to send back didn’t reply for a week got back to me to say they had approved my request and now iam still waiting for instructions of where to send back and there do not give you all your money back they take 30% off so all an all service disgusting.

Brilliant shop

Brilliant shop! I have recently got back in to cross stitching after many years. I had no idea where to look now everything is online but was pointed in the direction of Hobby Jobby...they have everything i need ive so far made 3 orders with them collecting dmc threads i need for a project and ive not had any problems. Found everything i needed easily and extremely reasonable and although on my email it states that its extremely busy at the moment i still recieved my delivery quickly...earlier than stated with one of them infact. So glad ive found them and they will continue to be my go to
